Stadium Club is a 4.4 gross acre site (3.2 net acres) on Katella Avenue, just west of
State College Blvd. in the heart of Anaheim’s Platinum Triangle. Stadium Club has an
approved tentative tract map for 196 condominiums, and is expected to receive
final map approval in April of 2006.The seller expects to complete a sale in June
of 2006, and intends to deliver the property with an approved final map, completed
