NEW TECHNOLOGY
The Selective Heat Sintering™ (SHS™) technology uses a low cost commercial thermal print head as opposed to
expensive lasers.
READY-TO USE
Load and press Print when ready. Blueprinter is ready for use five minutes after finishing the previous 3D print.
FREE FORMING
Blueprinter works by applying heat on layers of thermoplastic powder, allowing the free forming of any complex
geometrical shape with the minimum wall thickness of 1 mm.
REUSABLE ECONOMIC MATERIAL
Thermoplastic powder optimized to work with SHS™ technology. Monocrome white. Excess powder is reusable. No
need for additional support materials, models are supported by the powder in the build chamber.

SHS™ technology uses a low cost commercial thermal print head as opposed to expensive lasers.

Blueprinter is ideal for developing new industrial products. With Blueprinter, creating fully functional
samples of prototypes becomes easy, while the tough and strong finished prints are ready for tests
and use in practice, before putting the final product into production.
EDUCATION
Blueprinter provides support for students working on technical projects, whether this be engineering
or other areas of science education. Furthermore, Blueprinter is ideal for teaching students the
application of powder based printing technologies.
MEDICAL
Blueprinter can provide the ideal output for printing bone structures for complex reconstructive
surgery, or medical models for medical schools and hospitals. Taking .stl files from CT Scan data,
the printed parts provide solid models, allowing them to be drilled or metal work fitted prior to
operations.
Having this facility can save hours in planning, and operating theatre time, meaning the patient
spends less time under anesthetic and cost saving to the hospital.
ARCHITECTURE
3D prints of buildings, sculptures etc. are created to any scale with Blueprinter, using the webbased software. The solid prints and practically limitless possibilities for creating shapes are perfect
for presentations.
