Montbrun-les-Bains is one of the most beautiful villages in
France and is located on the border of two departments:
Drôme and Vaucluse. The Roman legacy is well represented,
such as the theatre in Orange and the ruins in Vaison-laRomaine. In this region your gaze keeps being pulled towards
the striking mountains of Mont Ventoux. Just outside the centre
of the village of Montbrun-les-Bains, in the Drôme, lies this
unique location "Chateau des Gipières".
The stylish estate Château des Gipières was built in 1865 by
Marquis Suarez d'Aulan, the equerry of Napoleon III. The
Château stands on the remains of a roman castle. Now a days
the Château is back in its full glory.

Behind the Château lies a beautiful park where the trees testify
for the age of the Domaine des Gipières. At the front of the
Château on the first floor we have studio 26 exclusively for
sale.
Via the stairs or the elevator to the first floor you find the
entrance to the studio on your left. Once you enter the
apartment you notice straightaway how much influence the
beautiful high windows and the high sealing have, making the
studio very special.
Upon arrival while you drive through the entrance gate, you
see the characteristics of a 19th century Château, combined
with elements for vacation and entertainment. The entire setup
is in complete harmony; the castle, the swimming pool with its
fountains and the restaurant L'O des Sources in the former
coach house.
The kitchen includes a microwave and electric hob. The studio
also has a bathroom with bath and a separate toilet.
On several places on the domain you can enjoy the weather
seated in the garden, with a good glass of wine that you have
purchased at one of the many wineries in the area, and/or
Rental is not an obligation but an attractive opportunity. Ask

Besides the beautiful general swimming pool there are a.o.
