Sales Policies
Minimum Order:
Returns:
Our minimum wholesale order is $150.
We accept returns under these conditions:
-All returns must be approved before
being sent back. We’ll give you a return
authorization number.
-All returns must be reported to us within 7 days
of receipt.
-We do not accept returns with
any writing, pricing, or stickers on the
item or package.
-The merchandise must be securely packed to
ensure it is not damaged while
being shipped back to us.
-We charge a 25% restocking fee for all returned/refused shipments.
-We do not offer cash refunds.
Backorders:
Orders are shipped as quickly as possible, however, due
to the nature of the special products we offer, we sometimes experience temporary out-of-stock situations. If
your order contains backordered items, we will cancel
them from your order and you will need to place them
on your next order. We will do our best to notify you
once those items are back in stock.
Terms:
New accounts are pre-pay or COD.
We accept company checks, cash, and major credit cards
(AMEX, Visa, Master Card, Discover).
Net 15 & Net 30 terms are available for approved
accounts.
Past-due accounts must be pre-paid.
Credit applications:
Credit application on next page.
Processing time is approximately 3-4 weeks.
During that time, all orders must be pre-paid.

Damage:
If your order arrives damaged, you must keep the original carton and packing materials for
inspection by the carrier. Credits will be applied to your
account and deducted from your next order. Claims for
all damages must be made within 3 business days of receipt.
Shipping:
When submitting orders, include your shipping address,
phone number, contact name, and account
number (if applicable).
We ship UPS or FedEx Ground unless requested
otherwise. We can ship large orders via truck. Customer
pick-up in Norristown, PA is available by appointment.
Returned checks or stopped payments:
$30 fee for each NSF or stop
payment. We reserve the right to change your
account to “credit card only”.
