with immediate effect:

As these seats can no longer be considered as complying with FIA standard 8855-1999,
their use is prohibited in all cases in which compliance with the abovementioned standard
is mandatory.
If you are unsure as to whether a NICK COMPETICION seat with homologation number
CS.195.07 can be considered as complying with FIA standard 8855-1999, you can
check the attached traceability file, which lists all the seats that can no longer be
considered as complying with FIA standard 8855-1999.
Please note that a complete and up-to-date list of competition seats homologated according
to FIA standard 8855-1999 may be accessed at any time on the FIA website
(http://www.fia.com/sport/homologation).
