Welcome and thank you for submitting your request to your HOA. Our charter is to help everyone in our
community to consistently maintain and protect the investments in their homes. Your HOA strives to
accommodate all of its members in their change request while balancing it against the needs of our
neighborhood Covenants. Your investment in your home is a benefit to us all AND it is greatly appreciated!

It is the goal of the HOA to keep our Neighborhood's Home coloring consistent with that of other high quality
developments by limiting extreme color variations without encroaching on individuality. A good rule of thumb
is your color proposal blends well with that of your neighbors. A generally accepted color Spectrum would be
a tasteful shade of earth tone. Please enter the Pantone # from Dealer if available.
