Fibre to the Home (FTTH) Quick Set Up Guide Step 1: Connecting the Fritz!Box modem Connect the Ethernet cable from the ONT as per diagram to the LAN 1 port on the back of the Fritz!Box. Please note that the DSL port is not used with this product. r/ we Po L DS et rn te In e Leintz edtn Fixes N LA W fFoO InN Step 2: Broadband Talk Setup t In fo W LA N Fi xe d Li ne ne In te r Po w er /D SL If you have opted for Digiweb’s Broadband Talk VOIP telephone service, as per diagram, please connect your telephone to the “FON 1” port on the back of the Fritz!Box to start using your VOIP telephone service. If you have opted for Digiweb’s fixed line telephone service, please connect your telephone to the telephone socket as installed by the telecoms engineer during the installation process. Step 3: Wireless Network Security Key / Wifi Password • Ensure that the WLAN LED is ON steady green. If the WLAN LED is off, press the WLAN button (do not hold down). Wait for the WLAN LED to go steady green. • Select the Fritz!Box wireless network on your device. • Enter the “WLAN Network Key (WPA/WPA2)” key into the “Security key” box open on the screen of your device. • Enter the security key as provided on the sticker attached to the base of the Fritz!Box. Please ensure DSL phone cable or Ethernet cable is NOT connected to the DSL port. On (solid green): Ensure that the Ethernet cable is connected to LAN 1 Connection should now be online as per pre-configured settings. On (solid red): Power failure. Please ensure correct provided power supply is in use. Contact Digiweb Technical Support if powering off and on does not fix this. Internet (VOIP Phone Service) Flashing green: You have new VOIP messages in your Fritz!Box telephone service inbox. Fixed Line (Phone Service) Not applicable. WLAN Flashing green: Adopting the Wireless/WiFi settings On (solid green): A telephone connection on your Digiweb VOIP service is active. On (solid green): Wireless / WiFi are active. Please refer to Step 3. Info Flashing green: Configuring / Configurable e.g. firmware update. DO NOT POWER OFF when this LED is flashing! On (solid red): Configuration error – please power off and on the Fritz!Box. Contact Digiweb Technical Support if powering off and on does not fix this.
