County Creamery Association is a co-op formed by Oregon Coast farm families
in 1909, ensuring the cheese we produce is always of the highest quality. Our

Our natural cheese is made without any preservatives or artificial
ingredients—it’s 100% real cheese. Even the milk used in our naturally-aged
cheddars is “heat-shocked” instead of pasteurized to maintain the natural
enzymes in milk. The result is flavor so robust, you might consider using less.
NATURALLY-AGED CHEDDARS
Time, patience, and care are how we develop the best flavor in our cheese. We
naturally-age all our cheddar cheese, from 60 days for our Medium Cheddar
to 3 years for our Vintage Extra Sharp White Cheddar, and our patience is

Our ice cream is really creamy because it has a higher butterfat percentage
than other premium ice creams and it has low overrun (or the amount of air
added to ice cream). Less air means more ice cream in every container, and
more really creamy ice cream means more flavor.
