Eternal Memory is an interactive program dedicated to the memories of viewers over 50 years of
age, allowing them to share their memories by phone instead of by a computer. This allows the
millions of people worldwide who don’t know how to use the internet to keep their memories
alive. Each episode features a phoned in memory, and all calls are recorded and published on the
audio testimonial platform speektime.com.

The speektime platform was developed by Medianext TV to enable older people to easily communicate on the internet as an audio platform allowing anyone to share an audio testimonial. These
testimonials are done by telephone or directly on the website.

This program examines 60 years of history of Europe’s first private television network. Created in
1955, Télé Luxembourg welcomed viewers from Luxembourg, France and Belgium and became
one of the first multi-country networks. To protect itself from government controlled public networks, RTL created outreach programs and give the audience, not the government, a voice. Sixty
years later, RTL is the largest European radio and television group.

In this show, two persons with diametrically opposed opinions debate a specific point, an issue in
the news. Experts, citizens, journalists, editorialists, scientists and other specialists in their field
face each other in a verbal joust!
At the end of the show, each of the two protagonists must give the best argument of their adversary, susceptible of making him/her change their mind! Charlotte Baut and Fanny Rochez moderate in turn the debate, bringing relevant information, statistics, reports of investigations…
They re-situate the arguments and advance the reflections of each. A new show format in which
the spirit of criticism and argumentation are key to reflecting on current events in a constructive
manner and better understanding the stakes in the topics addressed.
