HRD Training Course is a program designed for individual development, career development,
organizational development and performance improvement to help the program participants
efficiently apply what they have learned in practice
In order to develop and operate varied programs for technical training,
foreign specialists having special know-how and knowledge will be
invited to reinforce and replenish domestic trainer s or teaching
force.
By cooperative exchange with the overseas educational institutes in
the United States, Germany, Japan and Russia, the diversity and

It refers to a system in which companies hire young job hunters as employees(student workers) to provide systematic
educational training on the job in collaboration with educational institute such as schools.
