Another record year for Teleperformance giving
Teleperformance Colombia
The holiday drive focus its effort on
bringing joy to the children of the
world. With the help of Teleperformance employees worldwide the
campaign resulted in over 23,000
toys donated to underprivileged
children and families.
Some highlight of the holiday
drive campaigns:
Teleperformance Colombia’s employees collected over 450 gifts and 900
clothes and shoes to benefit local
children.
Teleperformance also donated a
value of over $500,000 in cash and
donations in kind items and over
8,000 employees volunteer hours
to support local charities.
Teleperformance Spain employees
collected 875 toys and cash donations
for the holiday drive.
Teleperformance Russia and Ukraine
partnered with the Russian Children’s
Hospital by renovating the dining
room area and providing the sick children with gifts.
A letter explaining this initiative along
with beautiful postcards made by the
children were sent to our clients as
holiday gifts.
Teleperformance Hellas partnered for
the second consecutive year with the
Make-A-Wish foundation in an effort
to make children’s wishes true this
past holiday season.

Education
Teleperformance Italy and India
share the gift of knowlwdge
India

Teleperformance India supports the
education of more than 800 children
through partnerships with local NGOs.
The programs aim at providing quality
education and meals to underprivileged children.
There are over 1,395 Teleperformance
COTW Ambassadors across our 3 sites
in India.
Students from local NGO, Chattar Pathshala visited our Jaipur site in which
Teleperformance COTW Ambassadors
made greeting cards and friendship
bands with the children. Independence Day was celebrated with the
kids of Chattar Pathshal in which they
danced to patriotic songs.
Italy

Teleperformance Italy has donated 310 personal
computers to the section of Puglia Without Borders, a
nonprofit organization that works to promote access
to information and communication technologies for
people living in conditions of economic and cultural
difficulties.

Global Blood Drive
Teleperformance employees worldwide participated in our Global
Blood Drive partnering with local associations
(Red Cross, National Blood Services, etc.) and Hospitals.

In Mexico, 772 participants donated
284 liters of blood, making it the single
largest donation of any Teleperformance
subsidiary.
In Durango alone, over 105 liters were
donated, surpassing the entire city’s
collection in 2011 by more than 20 liters.

Teleperformance Mexico
Hearts With Norway
On July 22nd, 2011 a man in Norway
killed over 70 people in shooting and
bombing attacks.
A “Hearts with Norway” campaign was
launched globally at Teleperformance
in which employees sent messages
of solidarity, sympathy, best wishes,
thoughts and prayers to our
colleagues in Norway to let them
know we stand by them during the
difficult times.
Teleperformance countries worldwide
expressed their solidarity with simple
emails to paper cards, posters, gifts,
team solidarity photos, video and
local messages of peace.

Sea of Pink

In October in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness month,
Teleperformance Employees globally participated in the
annual “Sea of Pink” day.
All were encouraged to wear pink and donate to cancer
prevention organizations in various countries.

PINK on Friday 28th October to raise funds for
Breakthrough Breast Cancer.
Through some fantastic fundraising
efforts we raised an amazing £2,787.16.
We had a guess the bra size competition
modelled by the lovely Stewart Watson in
Glasgow; The Big Bra was very popular across
all the sites with people remembering loved
ones past and
present; Various
lovely gentlemen
donned some PINK
attire & looked incredibly glam
rous and there
were some fantastic
homebaking sales
too.

4,800 impoverished families
helped in the US!

In 2011 Teleperformance & Feed the Children
collaborated to help Americans across the
United States; who are suffering due to the
current economic downturn.
Here in the United States, the poverty rate
in 2010 was a whopping 15.1%; the highest poverty rate since 1993. According to the
United States Census, nearly 46.2 million
Americans live in poverty; the largest number
the United States has seen in nearly 52 years.
Through Payroll Deductions, Teleperformance
employees sponsored more than 12 semitrucks, totaling more than, 4800 cases of
food; 4800 cases of hygiene items; & 48 pallets of water. In conjunction with community
centers and local churches across the United
States, we were able to donate these items
to more than 4800 impoverished families.
Through collaborations of foundations, businesses and individuals like you, we are able
to make a difference not only in our communities, but around the globe.

Disaster Relief Campaign
Horn of Africa

The human catastrophe that currently strikes the Horn of Africa (Ethiopia, Somalia, Kenya and Djibouti) is threatening
more than 12 million people’s lives (of which 2,3 million are children) every single day. This race of saving lives, against
time, mobilizes non governmental organizations on the field. UNICEF appeals for emergency funds in order to avoid the
death of thousands of additional lives.
The Famine in Africa campaign was launched by Teleperformance France’s Niort Center. Thanks to the team at the Niort
Center and the top executive management of the group as well as the contribution of the Group’s crisis fund nearly
7000€ was donated for this campaign.

Disaster Relief Campaign - Turkey Earthquake

On October 23, 2011, a 7.2 magnitude
earthquake struck Eastern Turkey,
killing more than 800 people, injuring
more than a thousand, and leveling dozens of multiple- story buildings.
Thousands of people had no choice but
to live outside and rely on aid as they
were unable to return to their damaged
houses. Unfortunately, another earthquake measuring 5.6 on the Richter scale
struck on the 9th of November. At least
36 other people were killed when two
hotels collapsed in Van. Teleperformance
Turkey collected cash donations, blankets
and sleeping bags, clothes, pampers for
babies, and other essential goods.
Teleperformance Turkey also collected
and donated toys to children affected by
the earthquake. Thank you to all Teleperformance subsidiaries that also participated in this initiative by organizing cash
drives to support the Turkish Red Crescent.

Disaster Relief Campaign – Philippines
Teleperformance started a disaster relief campaign to help victims of the
Tropical Storm Sendong that hit the Southern Islands of the Philippines,
Mindanao, 16-18 December, 2011. Our Teleperformance office in the Philippines
launched a local campaign to help raise funds to send through the Red Cross.
Over $5,000 cash donations was sent to the Red Cross from our employees and
top management.

A social awareness campaign was organized at
Teleperformance Hispanic as a celebration of
World Peace Day on September 21st.
The campaign was called “I AM PEACE” in which
all Teleperformance employees worldwide were
asked to take pledges of peace and were
encouraged to come to work dressed in white
as a symbol of peace.

Teleperformance’s global tree-planting efforts that involve our
employees in voluntary work; fund-raisers to do planting in our
sites or via an association.

Teleperformance Costa Rica
employees participated in an “Adopt
a tree” campaign. A total of 802 trees
were adopted by our employees in
which they took home or to a space
where they could plant the tree.
Employees that were not able to
adopt a tree, helped by raising funds
for Teleperformance volunteers to go
to a nearby field to plant the trees.
As a result around $750.00 was
collected and a group of 15
Teleperformance volunteers planted
1,200 trees.

IN BOGOTA COLOMBIA IS LEED CERTIFIED (LEADERSHIP IN ENERGY
AND ENVIRONMENTAL DESIGN)
LEED consists of a suite of rating systems for the design,
construction and operation of high performance green
buildings, homes and neighborhoods.
