The Olive Grove

above sea level and right in the center of our own plantation,
which has 150 hectares of olive groves spread across
Arbequina, Picual and Manzanilla Cacereña.

Our olive grove undergoes extreme changes in temperature
between day and night, especially during periods of vegetative
activity, which enhances the aromatic quality of our fruit and
provides special nuances to our extra virgin olive oil.
We are extremely strict in crop management, as we tried to
apply the latest farming techniques on our olive grove,
respecting the environment as one of the values of our
Valdecuevas group.

Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Description
This Extra Virging Olive Oil comes from our Arbequina olives
grown in our Estate.
In order to obtain this Extra Virgin Olive Oil we only use olives
havested at the beginning of harvest, which are processed
at its best organoleptic state and only by mechanical
procedures and cold extraction, just to get an 100% Arbequina
Extra Virgin Olive Oil of extraordinary quality.
Note that, due to the particular conditions of our Estate, our
Extra Virgin Olive Oil has and index of tocopherols (vitamin E)
and oleic acid, above other´s Arbequina Olive oil average.
Tasting notes
Our Extra Virging Olive Oil outsands for its aromatic intensity
in a delicious combination of green grass and almond.

peel are reaffirmed. It is complex, harmonious and well
balanced.

Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil
The Battle of El Moclín took place on July 14th, 1808. The Spanish troops were commanded jointly
by General García de la Cuesta and Joaquín Blake on one side and the Napoleonic troops were lead
by Marshal Jean-Baptiste Bessières. Hundreds of soldiers fought in the Valdecuevas moor, where
today a large olive grove grows and from which we produce our own Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Description
This Extra Virgin Olive Oil is extracted once the ripening control of the
olives is done and the veraison (olive´s turn in color) is finished, which is
considered to be the end of harvest .
We proceed to the cold extraction minutely and only by mechanical
procedures. The result is a delicious Extra Virgin Olive Oil very soft and
elegant.
