TERMS & CONDITIONS
PAYMENT TERMS: We accept all major credit cards, checks, or money orders as payment. Up to Net 30 days may be offered for approved accounts.
SHIPPING: All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise specified. Larger volume orders may be shipped UPS. Shipping and
Handling charges will be billed on your invoice.
PAST DUE ACCOUNTS: No products will be manufactured or shipped to
any customer with a past due account. If payment cannot be made on
time, please call us to make arrangements. Any account that is 30 days
past due will be charged interest at a rate of 1.5% per month. Accounts 90
days past due will be turned over to collections. A collection charge will apply on reinstatement of the account.
Prices: Prices are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to
inform customers of any foreseen price increases.
Packaging
All products are packaged in a plastic clam shell. The front of our package
clearly shows the product name and size. The color of each product will be
placed on our UPC label.
Ordering Information
All orders must be emailed or called in. Samples are available for all of
our products. Samples must be ordered by email or phone. We require no
minium order to become a dealer. Whole sale prices are available on large

We have taken the popular Deposit Swim Jig and kicked it up a notch!!
This hybrid Underspin/Spinnerbait/Swim Jig is one of a kind! The custom tunable
titanium wire has full range of motion pivoting from the head. This allows the
blades to move position on the bait depending on the retrieve. Slow retrieve will
keep the blades above the bait while a fast retrieve will keep the blades in line
with the jig. A pause and pop retrieve has become a favorite amongst the anglers
during the test period, allowing the bait to fall while the blades rise up with unmatched action. We have paired the Jackpot with the highest quality Worth Co.
deep cupped hammered #3 Colorado blades, and connected them to the tunable

The all new Deposit Spin Titanium Revolution! The Deposit Spin is the most innovative
and most durable Spinnerbait on the market today!
This bait is available in 6 of our most popular Deposit colors and two sizes, 3/8oz and
1/2oz. Skirts are made up of Reptile Living Rubber and hand tied with copper wire. Each
skirt is manufactured to match the hatch throughout the country!
Heads are hand painted with multiple splashes and flake, topped off with 3D life like
eyes.
Besides going with a normal Spinnerbait hook we choose to stay with the same great
Gamakatsu hook we use in our Deposit Swim Jig. This hook is offset lower on the head
compared to the wire shaft forcing your Swimbaits trailers tail down creating more of a
wobble.
The Deposit Spins durability comes from is Tunable Titanium wire. This wire gives you
the strength of Titanium with the tunable aspect of stainless.
To finish off this badass Spinnerbait we have paired it with a custom painted, UV finished
#6 Mag Willow! The innovation of the blade doesn’t stop with the paint. The Ghost
Blade is made of hardened plastic. The weight of these plastic blades allow you to reel
extremely slow and still get a fast blade spin. These blades also create a new underwater
frequency compared to metal blades that the fish can refuse.

Damn ARig Jig! This jig features a 5/0 Gamakatsu hook and a screw
lock bait keeper! We also added a large but thin eyelet to allow
the angler a trouble free connection to a snap swivel, no more
hassle or pre bending snaps on the rig! The jig head is a perfect
weight for ARig fishing and a perfect size to cover the front of the

The 2k Assault Flippin’ Skirt is made with Living Rubber and
Flash/Silicone. The Skirts are 100% copper tied to a very
strong lead hub. Unlike other lead hubs, this hub is very
small and compact. The extra large hole allows the hub to
slide over a 65lb braided knot, so your line will not break
from friction. The New 2k Assault Hub also has a round face
