Learning Objectives - At the completion of the conference, participants will be able to:
1. Describe the upcoming changes involving the practice of anesthesia including clinical informatics, new government reforms, and perioperative surgical home.
2. Discuss and demonstrate ultrasound-guided techniques such as peripheral nerve blocks and
identification of pulmonary anatomy.
3. Determine common high yield concepts in the topics of difficult airway, pediatrics, pain management, and cardiology.
4. Experience high fidelity simulation and discuss the importance of cognitive aids and teamwork.
