Sam Zietz earned a LLM in taxation from New York University School of Law, and received his JD from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, where he graduated first in his class. Zietz earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Michigan. Besides his passion for innovation and entrepreneurship his personal passion is his children, ages 13, 12 and 8, and watching and coaching them in sports such as lacrosse and football. He currently lives in Boca Raton, FL with his children and his wife, Sheila. Gary E. Rutledge Managing Director & COO Gary Rutledge has been in the payments business for over 30 years. Considered an industry expert in payment processing and electronic payments, Rutledge has worked for Barnett Banks, where he was Senior VP of Risk Management, First Data, where he was EVP of Worldwide Risk for all the Issuing lines of business and COO of North American Bancard, before joining TouchSuite as its Managing Director. Gary has served on numerous committees and boards over his long career including MasterCard International Security Committee, Visa Risk Advisors, National Centers for Missing and Exploited Children, and the Economic Crime Institute at Utica College. A graduate of Florida State University and the Graduate School of Bancard Management at the University of Oklahoma. Rutledge is married with 2 children and lives in Boca Raton, Florida. Farshad Tafazzoli Chief Products Officer Farshad has over 20 years of combined experience in marketing, strategy, product development, supply chain, sourcing and merchandising roles within consumer products, technology and finance industries. Prior to TouchSuite, he cofounded Quantum Merchant Services, a leading merchant processor in Canada. Farshad also founded Zoli Corporation, a leading manufacturer of luxury building products and materials distributed in North America. He has been featured in Entrepreneur Magazine, on CBS and on HGTV. Farshad has a Bachelor of Art degree in Economics from Florida Atlantic University. Mike DePinto Executive Vice President Michael DePinto has 22 years in sales management and over 15 in the payment industry with a wealth of knowledge on all areas of the payment spectrum. Mike has created and led sale distribution models successfully and continues to expand the sales space. He has been associated with successful sales organizations in the past managing direct sales teams, ISO’s, portfolio acquisitions and revenue management. He has been instrumental in developing leaders into key management positions and business development. Mike and his wife have 2 children currently living in Frisco, TX, suburb of Dallas.
