(Something different for a birthday cake)
INGREDIENTS
1 cup butter

Yogurt-Blueberry Cake
Crazy Crust Pizza
INGREDIENTS
Crust
1 pint blueberries (about 2½ cups)
1 cup flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
1 tbsp. all-purpose flour plus 2½ cups
1⁄8 tsp. pepper
2 eggs, beaten
2⁄3 cup milk
2 tsp. baking powder
Topping
¾ tsp. salt
1½ cups ground beef and/or ground sausage
½ cup (1 stick) butter, at room temperature
¼ cup chopped onion
½ cup sliced mushrooms
1½ cups granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Sauce
4 large egg whites, at room temperature
8 oz. tomato sauce
1 container (6 oz.) low-fat plain yogurt
8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese

into prepared pan, spreading evenly; tap pan lightly on counter to release air bubbles.
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool
bowl, stir together sugar and juice. Add water as needed for good drizzle consistency.
Pour over cake. Let stand until set, 10 minutes. Fill center with blueberries, if desired.
