The Jerry’s Sporting Goods project is a
two story strip retail facility in Wichita
Falls, Texas. The owner of the sporting
goods facility wanted to establish a significant presence on one of the main
thoroughfares in Wichita Falls and increase his retail and warehousing space.
Jerry’s Sporting Goods now has 15,600
sf of retail and warehousing on the
ground floor and 9,500 sf of warehousing on the 2nd floor. The balance of the
structure is ground floor tenant space.
Jerry’s’ Sporting Goods occupies the center of the retail facility. The retail space is
a a two story space with mobile shelving
for athletic shoes stock. The walls are
finished with slat-wall for displays. The
floors are stained concrete. The retail
space is surrounded by employee offices.
The facility also includes a meeting room
for sales promotion with an adjoining
break room. On the ground floor there is
also a sign shop adjacent to the warehouse space.
