Nidec Holds Motor Assembly Class at Xi Lian Elementary School in
Dongguan, China on July 05
Nidec (Dongguan) Limited, a Nidec Group company, held a motor assembly class for
100 sixth-grade students at Xi Lian Elementary School in Dongguan, China on July 05, 2012.
The class, modified from the environmental class that NCJ holds in Kyoto, was held for the first
time outside Japan.
During the class, which aimed to teach children the fun of making things, the students built a simple
motor.
They passionately listened to the explanations and instructions given by Nidec employees
and showed high motivation even for difficult process steps.
The class was also covered in a local TV news program.
The Nidec Group will continue to actively promote community-based CSR activities.
