Reliability without exception
We keep our promised deadlines. So if we can’t stick to a time frame, we won’t agree to it from the outset. Not even in exceptional
cases. Our Express and Guarantee Service is available in nearly all regions, but is not possible everywhere. Here you can see where we
only offer a limited Express and Guarantee Service and where we can’t offer it all. Likewise, without exception: the delivery of Express
and Guarantee Service parcels is generally not possible to islands and PO Box numbers.
