Inovar, a large range of ready to go vanity units in a variety of sizes as well as a large
range of quality <les. We stock a great range of porcelain and ceramic <les at great
prices.
We supply:
- PVC wrapped , melamine, polyurethane and Createc doors that are designed to
your size, style and colour requirements.
- Australian laminate benchtops from Polytec, Laminex, Formica and others. We also
can cut your benchtops to size to make installa<on easy.
- Selec<on of granite and engineered stone benchtops at affordable prices from Essa
Stone, Ceasar Stone and Quantum Quartz.
- Selec<on of handles.

Flat Pack Cabinets
All cabinets are manufactured from 16mm white melamine faced moisture resistant
parcle board. Prices that follow are for flat packed cabinets. Prices generally include
ABS plasc adjustable legs, hinges or drawer slides as applicable, coloured door faces
as well as all accessories required to assemble the cabinets.
Handles, kick boards and benchtops are not included in the cabinet prices contained
in this book. These prices are shown under their respecve headings.
When purchasing kitchen, laundry and bathroom components from us, you have the
opon of DIY assembly, pre assembled or we can recommend an installer for you.
Just ask one of our friendly staff.
The first secon of this catalogue details the dimensions and inclusions of some of
the cabinets we supply. This list is only a sample and any cabinet size or configuraon can be organised for you. Directly a5er the cabinet details secon are lists detailing the complete cabinet pricing with different styles of doors.

Benchtops
At Kitchen and Renovaon Concepts you have many opons for your benchtops. You
have the opon of laminated benchtops from large manufactures such as Polytec,
Laminex, Formica and Duropal as well as a selected range of granite and a large range
of engineered stones from leading manufacturers. Laminated benchtops come in
many surface finishes. Textured finishes have a medium texture that offers the highest wearability. Ma. has a fine texture that offers good wearability and a high degree
of decorave clarity. Gloss is a highly polished surface reminiscent of highly polished
stones and granites however they require care to maintain their appearance. Etched
finish provides a ‘polished stone’ look to your benchtop, while retaining very good
surface performance and durability.
All benchtops can be supplied as blank lengths or can be cut to size ready to install.
Engineered stone benchtops are commonly 20mm or 30mm thick with a square face
edge that is polished on seen edges. Laminated benchtops come in two common
thicknesses, 33mm and 38mm. These can be manufactured with many edge profiles.
Some of these are detailed below.
Some restricons apply as some laminates can only be manufactured with certain
profiles. Our staff will be able to show you the opons for your benchtops.
Contained in the benchtop catalogue secon are the prices on most standard laminate benchtops in 1.2m increments. Costs of standard processing of the benchtops
are also detailed in the finishing secon. From this you can work out the cost of most

Kitchen Design and Planning
Before star
ng to plan your new kitchen, it is important consider how
you use your kitchen and what you would like to create. To start this process it is important to accurately measure the space where your new
kitchen is going.
To measure up your kitchen space, all you need is a tape measure. When
measuring the kitchen space remember to measure all wall lengths. Other measurements that are extremely helpful when planning your new kitchen are the current posi
on of appliances, plumbing, windows, doors and ceiling height if you are planning on going all the way to the ceiling.
If you don’t feel confident measuring, you can arrange for us to come out and measure the room and
have a short design consulta
on with you in your kitchen.
Now you have your measurements, you can start planning your kitchen. Start with posi
on of the appliances that have a fixed loca
on. Then posi
on any corner cabinets you require. Then it is simply a
ma'er of fi(ng in our standard module sizes between these units. Remember you have a li'le bit of
flexibility with fi(ng sinks and appliances and these don't always need to go exactly where they were. If
the standard cabinets can’t be made to fit the space, a filler panel can be used or we can custom manufacture a cabinet to suit you exact requirements. Also if there isn’t a cabinet that suits your needs, simply ask any of our staff and we can give you a quote on any custom module you may need.
End panels are recommended at the end of exposed cabinet sides, in dishwasher cavi
es and for crea
ng spaces for your fridge. Remember to take them into considera
on when planning your spacing.
Melamine products are typically 16mm in thickness while thermolaminated, polyurethane and Createc
products are typically 18mm thick.
Fi(ng panels should be used between the wall and cabinetry to ensure doors and drawer have the
clearance to open correctly. These fi(ng panels are available for base, wall and pantry cabinets and typically are between 16 and 50mm wide.
When posi
oning your stove or cooktop, it is important not to
have them too close to a fridge or pantry panel. A minimum of
300mm between the edge of the cooktop and ver
cal panels is
required when designing your kitchen. Also don’t place your
stove and sink too close together, generally 450mm is a suitable
distance.
Inovar Laminate Flooring
At Kitchen and Renovaon Concepts we stock a range of
laminate flooring from Inovar. Laminate flooring is a durable
soluon to flooring modern living spaces.
Laminate flooring has a mber appearance without requiring the maintenance of tradional mber floors. We also
supply Australian made quality mber underlay from Dunlop.
A: The an-abrasive overlay consists of an
aluminium oxide layer which protects
against scuffs, scratches and wear. 8mm
laminate flooring from Inovar has an AC3
rang and is suitable for heavy residenal
and light commercial use. The 12mm Traffic
Zone products are all rated AC5 which are
suitable for use in both heavy wear residenal and commercial areas.
B: The decorave film is a layer that contains the mber design of the floor. It is a
highly colourfast product that will maintain its appearance for many years.
C: The high density wood fibre board is made from recycled and reclaimed hardwood fibres
compressed under high temperature and pressure. Hardwood is naturally resistant against
moisture and humidity, making its fibres most suitable to be used as the core material for
laminate flooring. This is what gives Inovar Floor its Superior Water Resistant qualies.
D: The film on the back surface balances up the board to provide good dimensional stability.
This layer is also water resistant thus acng as a secondary moisture barrier for the floor.
E: The underlay is up to 3mm thick and is designed to reduce noise transmission and cushion
the mber flooring. A primary moisture barrier is somemes combined with the underlay to
protect the floor from under floor moisture.
