Annette Houlihan Verdolino
(Iowa Housewife) is from Queens,
NY and graduated from the High
School of Performing Arts and NYU.
She was company member of the
OBIE Award-winning HERE Arts
Center, and now lives in Las Vegas. In an excitingly
varied career so far, she’s opened for Cyndi
Lauper, performed at the OBIEs, achieved notoriety
in the world of burlesque, and lived in London,
performing in BURNING HABITS at the Drill Hall.
In 2006 she was awarded the Las Vegas Review
Journal’s “Tony” for Best Supporting Actress as
Jack’s Mother in INTO THE WOODS, and joined the
Vegas cast of MENOPAUSE THE MUSICAL®. Film
credits include Tarzan’s Girl in MAGIC MIKE and
Audrey in DIVORCE INVITATION. Proud member of
Actors’ Equity Association.
Cherie Price (Soap Star/Dance
Captain) Cherie joined MTM in 2006
and since then has played Soap
Star all over the US and Canada as
well as a few years in Las Vegas.
Favorite roles include Anita/West
Side Story, Charity/Sweet Charity, Val/A Chorus
Line, Desiree/A Little Night Music, Grushinkaya/
Grand Hotel, Ruby/Dames at Sea. She received a
Portland Drama Critics Award for her portrayal of
Roxie Hart in “Chicago” and a Portland Musical
Theatre Award for best Actress as Kay Goodman
in “Nite Club Confidential”. Cherie can also be
found on the Cabaret stage and has performed
on several cruise ships as well as releasing her
first CD “Voyage”. Lately she’s become a Ballroom
Dancer and has competed in PRO/AM. who’s who

Chris is happy to continue his work with
MENOPAUSE THE MUSICAL®. You may recognize
him from his extensive work in major motion
pictures. Some of his favorite roles include: “teen
with Ice Cream” in FOREST GUMP opposite Tom
Hanks, “young man eating chili” in WAR HORSE
and “man with heart burn” in THE AVENGERS.
Chris likes to spend his free time on his private
island (named “Cheeseburger In Paradise”) located
in the Caribbean surrounded by the crystal clear
blue ocean. Then again, you may not recognize
him from any of these films – because he wasn’t
in them. Truthfully, in his free time he can be
found relaxing and spending as much time as he
can with family and friends – because he doesn’t
actually own his own island, yet. He is a firm
believer that he is “living the dream”. Thank you to
Mom and Dad and everyone else who has helped
him get to this point in his life.
JENNY JACOBS (Production Stage Manager )
from Oceanside, Ca, received her MFA from UCI
(’09). It has been a fun and exciting 5 years
(2010-15) with GFour touring with Menopause the
Musical®. Her past credits include Plaid Tidings at
Laguna Playhouse, 3-D Theatricals on The Sound
of Music, Hello Dolly, Altar Boyz & All Shook Up,
Peter Pan, Noises Off at South Coast Repertory;
Titus Andronicus, Reefer Madness, A Midsummer
Night’s Dream, Anything Goes, Urinetown, The
Tempest & Cider House Rules. She is excited to
be involved with Menopause the Musical® once
more and to be working with the wonderful family
of GFour Productions. She is a proud member of

JEFFREY D. HOLMES (Assistant Stage Manager)
Jeffrey is very thankful once again to be joining
GFour Productions and Menopause The Musical.
Jeff is Originally from Syracuse, N.Y. but now
calls Central Pennsylvania home, by way of South
Florida. He is Co-Artistic Director of Infinite Abyss
Productions in Fort Lauderdale, FL and is an
Award-winning Writer and Director of stage and
screen. Jeffrey wishes to thank his friends and
family for their love and support. T.B.F.P.I.T.E.F.U.
gary w. demumbrum (Technical Director/
Lighting Supervisor) has been associated with
Menopause The Musical® since 2005’s recordbreaking run in Indianapolis, and with GFour
Productions since 2010. In addition to his work
with GFour, he has spent the last decade and a
half working in the Indianapolis are as an Actor,
Stage Manager, Lighting Designer, Production
Manager, Technical Director and Theatre Manager.
He has toured coast to coast, and is a proud
member of Actor’s Equity Association and the
United States Institute for Theatre Technology.

SETH GREENLEAF (Director) A Tony Award winner
for his work on the 50th anniversary production of
WHO’S AFRAID OF VIRGINIA WOOLF, Seth would
be the first to tell you he’s lived a theatrical life.
A graduate of UCLA’s School of Theatre, Film and
Television he was bitten early by the entertainment
bug and has worked in theatre and film his entire
adult life. Some of his favorite highlights include
producing 9 TO 5 THE MUSICAL on Broadway with
Dolly Parton, co-financing the Tony Award winning
musical THE BOOK OF MORMON, and directing the
award winning play RFK: A PORTRAIT OF ROBERT
F. KENNEDY. He heads GFour’s Broadway division
and is the company’s Artistic Director. Seth recently
worked on the London transfer of MATILDA THE
8
MUSICAL, now playing at the Shubert Theatre on
Broadway and hailed by The New York Times as,
“The Best Musical ever to come out of Britain!”
He recently produced and directed the award
winning documentary F(L)AG FOOTBALL and he is
currently launching the Broadway premiere of the
2013 Pulitzer Prize winning play DISGRACED, as
well as the West End premiere of the Tony Award
winning musical URINETOWN. Seth is also a founding
member of the Broadway Green Alliance, helping to
green the great white way.
DARIA LYNNE MELENDEZ (Choreographer)
Originally from Massachusetts. This gal has
been a studio owner, a professional dancer and
choreographer for over 4 decades. Education,
judging and coaching have been her passions
through her career. She has appeared on
Broadway and National television performances.
She has taught for Dance Masters of America
and many dance programs throughout the U.S.
Having the privilege of performing with Maurice
and Gregory Hines have been one of the high
points she holds close to her heart. Daria has
choreographed industrial shows for Lipton and
Tupperwear. In the 1980’s Daria worked closely
with recording artists Expose in Miami, Florida.
Currently Daria is GFour Production’s choreographer
for the hit show, Menopause the Musical®, training
over 300 actors over the years. Teaching Ballroom
dancing with her husband Nelson keeps her on
her toes. Daria enjoys training young dancers
in all styles of dance, preparing them for a
well rounded career in performing arts.
ALAN J. PLADO (Original Score & Arrangements
with Musical Direction By ) Broadway: Disney’s
BEAUTY AND THE BEAST. National Tours: LEGALLY
BLONDE, BEAUTY AND THE BEAST, MEMPHIS,
ELF THE MUSICAL (1st national; conductor). Alan
served as the Music Supervisor for MENOPAUSE,
and internationally, was the music director and
arranger for the show on the West End (Shaw
Theater) and in Dublin, Ireland (Tivoli Theater).
He recently supervised the translation and music
direction of MENOPAUSIA EL MUSICAL in Los
Angeles. Regional credits: LEGALLY BLONDE with
Sally Struthers (Ogunquit Playhouse); CHAPS,
CRAZY FOR YOU (PCPA); STRIKING 12 (Capital
Repertory); BEST LITTLE WHOREHOUSE (Phoenix

RYAN A. PATRIDGE (Lighting Designer) has been
with GFour Productions since 2007. He has been
lighting theatrical tours and concerts for the past
eleven years with various artists and productions.
Selected regional theatrical credits include: Into
the Woods, Floyd Collins (Weathervane Theatre).
Film/TV credits include: The Autumn Heart starring
Ally Sheedy (First Look Pictures), Trey Anastasio
(Austin City Limits) and Sheryl Crow (Austin City
Limits) HBO Latino Boxing, Showtime Boxing,
Asylum Street Spankers: Re-Assembly, Austin
City Limits Festival (Warner Brothers). Selected
live music tour credits include: Los Lonely Boys,

STEVE SHAPIRO (Audio Design) is pleased to
return to the GFour team after a 2 year hiatus,
having been responsible for the sound design and
engineering on GFour’s production of MENOPAUSE
THE MUSICAL® from 2003 – 2010. Steve now
serves as the Resident Sound Designer for the
Pittsburgh Playhouse at Point Park University,
designing about 13 shows a year there. His
prior experience includes a 16 year stint at The
Coconut Grove Playhouse, among many other
shows around the country and the world, most
notably serving as the sound engineer for the
South American tour of PHANTOM OF THE OPERA
in 1996.
SUE HILL (Costume Designer) has been designing and
creating clothes, costumes and home textiles since she
discovered her grandmother’s treadle sewing machine
at the age of 9. She began her career as a studio
artist in textiles, graduating from the Rhode Island
School of Design and has exhibited wearable art and
maintained a business designing custom clothing
and costumes for national touring musical group and
theatrical productions. She has toured as wardrobe
supervisor and Equity Stage Manager. Sue is the National
Costume Designer for GFour Productions, designing
costumes and props for MENOPAUSE THE MUSICAL®,
RESPECT and MOTHERHOOD THE MUSICAL®.
JEANIE LINDERS (Creator) is known throughout the
theatrical industry for award winning innovations in
marketing and management with her company E&M
Theatrical, Inc. She is the writer of the Off-Broadway
hit Menopause The Musical®, Mommies Rock!™ and
making it’s world premiere in Orlando, FL January
2013, The D*Word-A Musical (*Ditched, Dumped,
Divorced and Dating)®. Ms. Linders is also working
on a web television project in development for the
United States and Australian markets debuting
Spring 2013. Additionally she will be premiering
the updated Menopause The Musical® Extreme for
the next generation of women in Orlando, Florida,
and internationally in 2014. Her Foundation as
well as the shows, has been a passionate voice
for empowering women in countries as diverse as
Ghana, Italy, Kenya, Nepal, the US and many more..
