INGREDIENTS
for golden braai mielies
125 ml Flora Gold
1. Mix the Flora Gold, coriander and Robertsons Paprika together. Return to
45 ml freshly chopped
coriander
2. Pull the skins of the mielies back. Rub the 4 mielies with the extra Flora
5 ml Robertsons Paprika
4 Whole Mielies
the fridge to chill.
Gold and then braai over medium to hot coals turning frequently until
cooked.
3. Serve dollops of the aromatic Flora over hot braaied mielies.
Extra Flora gold
Tip: This topping goes well with butternut and baked potatoes.
Variations: You can
experiment with flavours
by adding your favourite
herb.
