THE CENTER OPENED ITS DOORS IN JANUARY, 2009,
thanks to a core of dedicated volunteers who worked tirelessly
to remodel the facility. Since that first day, thousands of men,
women and children have received professional, life-changing
counseling.

This full service faith-based counseling center offers marriage
& family, depression, addiction, grief, career and many other
specialized counseling services to the residents of North
Georgia and Chattanooga. No other counseling center provides
this level of professional care on a sliding fee scale, regardless of
ability to pay.

The Center For HOPE provides the professional tools necessary
to stabilize the mental well-being and return the self-esteem of
those seeking help. Professional, credentialed, multi-specialized
counselors, community leaders and pastoral counselors help to
empower those who need direction in this challenging world.

ACE: Your $1,200 contribution includes team of four, plus
tee or hole signage, inclusion on tournament sponsor board and
special mention during awards ceremony.
PRIZES
EAGLE: Your $1,000 contribution includes a team of four.
HOLE-IN-ONE on a selected par 3 will win an incredible prize.
BIRDIE: Your $500 contribution gives you the choice of
sponsoring the putting green, driving range, luncheon or dinner.
CLOSEST-TO-HOLE: Golf bags on all four par 3s.
STRAIGHT DRIVE: Person hitting the straightest drive on a
selected hole will win a great gift certificate. In case of tie, the
longest, straightest drive wins.
TEE SIGNS: Your $150 contribution provides 1 tee or hole

DOOR PRIZES: Each person purchasing a mulligan will be
entered in the drawing for door prizes.
MULLIGANS : 2 for $20, Maximun 2 per player.
TOURNAMENT FORMAT
Blind draw dictates flights
PUTTING CONTEST: Contestant pays $10 per try to make a
10-foot putt. Contestant may have three chances. Each person
who makes the putt has his/her name placed in a drawing. The
person whose name is drawn will receive half the pot, the other
half going to The Center For HOPE.
Ties decided by scorecard playoff from 18th hole back, as per
USGA suggestion

The Tournament will be played at
par-72 WindStone Golf Club in Ringgold,
Georgia. The course is one of the most
scenic in the area. For directions call the
