Cake Boss has announced it will open an eleventh location in The Gallery at
Westbury Plaza. Carlo’s currently has eight other active locations, its flagship
bakery in Hoboken, NJ, and locations in Ridgewood, NJ; Westfield, NJ; Red Bank,
NJ; Morristown, NJ; Marlton, NJ, New York, NY, and its West Coast location in Las
Vegas, NV. Carlo's Bakery also recently announced future locations in
Philadelphia, PA and at the Mohegan Sun Resort and Casino in Connecticut.
“There’s a great family-oriented community here in Westbury, which is what we’re
all about at the bakery,” said Buddy Valastro, owner of Carlo’s Bakery, also known
as the Cake Boss. “The whole famiglia is excited to join the Westbury community.”
Carlo's Bakery Westbury, as it will be formally known, will be the fifth Carlo’s
Bakery location outside of New Jersey. The bakery located at 900 Old Country Rd,
is over 2,900 square feet and is expected to open later this year.
