Name of Patient and Friend
We met at UNC-Greensboro our freshman year, where you, myself, and Michelle Urban became best
friends. Even though you moved back to Wilmington that next semester, the three of us still made an
effort to make trips to see each other at least twice a year! One of my favorite memories was when we
visited you in Wilmington to celebrate your 21st birthday!! We went out downtown!
Example #2
This is a perfect example. We put a photo of ***her & her Date, at the prom. So she was
wearing the dress he describes in his message

Dear Jennie,
You and I had an amazing relationship for many years. I still remember the first time I saw you in North
Brunswick’s cafeteria when I was Junior and you were a sophomore. But some of my favorite memories
were the last couple months of your senior year. We went to your prom that year together. You wore a
beautiful green dress with amazing flowers on it that literally blew me away. You also had butterflies in
your tummy because you knew you were up for prom queen this year. We had a nice dinner and than
made our way to prom. We had a great time taking pictures with all of our friends, and many many
laughs. You heard a rumor that the girl you were running against for queen, was ahead in donations, so I
walked into the hallway where the ballots were being placed and emptied my wallet of money into the
box to make sure you would win the crown. Minutes later it was announced that Ms. Jennie Savickas was
2006 Prom Queen. It was a very special moment for everyone in the gym that night.
A few months later you graduated, than we made our awesome trip to Connecticut. Besides the girl
behind the counter at the McDonalds in Baltimore Airport making you almost cry because she was so
rude, we had a great time. We took a short but very fun train ride into New York City where we saw such
sites as the Empire State building, Madison Square Garden, and Times Square. I was and still am so
happy that I was able to give you such experiences as all of those.
I miss you kid,
I
