Our on-site Wedding COORDINATOR is here to assist
you along the way. She’ll be there during every planning
step to assist you with your reception menu, rehearsal and
special services.
We offer recommendations for officiants, musicians
and florists and are happy to assist in coordinating with
all wedding suppliers. The Dogwood Canyon team is
committed to making your vision come true.
Our Culinary and Catering Team at Big Cedar will assist
in planning your entire food and beverage needs. Menu options
are endless, from savory smoked meat to gourmet champagne
brunches to an extensive wine list. And, a wedding wouldn’t
be complete without a jaw-dropping cake. Our Cake Chef can
custom design a cake just for you.
Big Cedar’s Professional Photography Studio is here
to capture your special moments every step of the way. We
offer many packages and can customize at your request. Ask
about our fine art canvases, gallery wraps, custom finishes and
mounting services to make your memories extra special. Digital
retouch and artwork are also available.

Surrounded by the natural beauty of Dogwood Canyon, Hope Wilderness
Chapel is the ideal setting for your Romantic Wedding. This rustic chapel is
a replica of churches from the 1800’s. It was constructed with hand-stripped
pine logs and the oak plank floor is accented by antique wooden pews. The
chapel perfectly complements the canyon’s peaceful environment.

The beauty of Thunder Falls speaks for itself. It creates a picturesque scene
that is perfect to capture the memories of your special day. These natural
falls are approximately 60’ tall and have been carved out of the limestone
over thousands of years.
Glor y Hol e
The Glory Hole, one of the most beautiful and perhaps favorite places in the canyon,
is adorned with a magnificent waterfall and emerald pool. Your guests will be drawn
to the clear pristine pool fed by the waterfall cascading down the overlook.

Step outside the chapel to take in the native surroundings and waterfall from the
natural stone patio. Designed with intimate gatherings in mind, the deck includes
space for up to 100 guests and its own glowing fire pit.

The Creekside Pavilion is a rustic open-air facility complete with a double stone
fireplace and a 22-foot vaulted ceiling. Nestled next to Dogwood Creek, the
Creekside Pavilion has an outdoor terrace and seating to accommodate both an
intimate gathering or a large celebration.
The natural setting of the Chuckwagon Site is highlighted by wooden picnic
tables, tea lights and an outdoor fireplace.

Our rustic log cabins snuggle in the trees overlooking beautiful Dogwood
Canyon and afford guests a truly natural setting. One can escape and relax
quietly on a tree-shaded deck or explore the beauty of the canyon. Inside,
you’ll find all the conveniences of home, including a well equipped kitchen,
wood-burning fireplace, sofa sleeper, satellite LCD TV and DVD, gas grill and
outdoor furnishings. Enjoy complimentary walking and bike privileges for the
duration of your stay at Dogwood Canyon.
For your convenience, Big Cedar offers a variety of lodging accommodations for your
out-of-town guests. Lodging options at Big Cedar are noted for wood-burning
fireplaces, magnificent views and attention to detail giving each guest the warmth
of home but an experience from far away.

Big Cedar cabins are designed for those guests seeking an extra dimension
of privacy and comfort for small group gatherings. These cabins provide
living areas and several unique features that include large, stone woodburning fireplaces, game mounts, stained glass windows and private decks
with gas grills.

Reminiscent of an Adirondack style lodge, Falls Lodge is adorned with
wildlife mounts and stained glass windows. The beautiful lobby is filled
with oversized couches and crackling fireplaces. An adjacent balcony offers
rocking chairs to relax and enjoy the view.

Sided with knotty pine planks and nestled just above Devil’s Pool Restaurant, these cozy, rustic cottages are from the original dude ranch days.

Just steps from Devil’s Pool Restaurant, you’ll enjoy magnificent views of
the valley and Big Cedar grounds from your window. Architectural features
include log beams, cedar lap siding and limestone walls.

guests have easy access to activities, dining and more from this original
Big Cedar lodge.

This one-of-a-kind 2,500 square foot suite features a full kitchen, living
area with fireplace, plasma television, antique dining table for eight and
two balconies with spectacular views of Table Rock Lake. Two bedrooms
have a queen size bed and private bath with Jacuzzi; one master bedroom
has a king bed, private bath, Jacuzzi and balcony; one loft bedroom has two
queen beds and private bath with Jacuzzi.
G u id e li n e s
· Food and Beverage ordered in conjunction with the event, including cake, liquor
and ice sculptures may be used in meeting the Food and Beverage Minimum.
· Food and Beverage Minimums do not include 20% service charge or 6.475% sales tax.
· Food and Beverage may not be brought into Dogwood and served for public
consumption in any of our banquet rooms, chapel, or public areas.
· The Missouri State Liquor Commission regulates the sale and service of alcoholic
beverages. Therefore no alcoholic beverages may be brought into Dogwood and
served in public areas or in guest accommodations for the purpose of
hospitality entertainment.
· A non-refundable deposit is due upon receiving the signed contract. The deposit
varies according to the proposed banquet room and estimated number of guests.
Final payment will be due thirty days prior to your event, with a credit card on file
for any additional charges.
