Tacoma hotel opens its lobby to raise funds for Tacoma/Pierce County Humane Society.
TACOMA, WASH. – June 2, 2014 – This summer, Hotel Murano is introducing a twice monthly
Yappy Hour for four-legged patrons and their two-legged companions to benefit the
Tacoma/Pierce County Humane Society. Starting June 3, 2014, pups and human parents, both
hotel guests and locals alike, are invited to schmooze in the hotel’s artfully appointed lobby
every other Tuesday from 5 to 6:30 p.m.
During Hotel Murano’s Yappy Hour, canine clientele can partake in complimentary dog treats
and Bowser Brew (a non-alcoholic, dog-friendly brew) while their owners enjoy appetizer
specials and cocktails from the Lobby Bar. In between sips and snacks, dogs can relax with 4Legger’s Healing Touch paw massages while owners let tension melt away with mini chair

Curator Tessa Papas traveled the globe to find and
put into motion the creations of glass that adorns the
hotel’s newly refurbished and redesigned interior areas.
