Membership Corp. Annual Meeting on Saturday, March 15,
2014 at Surry Community College. Breakfast will be served
beginning at 7:00 a.m. and valuable door prizes will be given away. Registration will begin at 7:30 a.m. followed by a
business session at 9:30 a.m. Watch for your official notice!

at the Cooperative’s Headquarters in Dobson and nominated
the following members to be voted on at the Annual Meeting of Members to be held on Saturday March 15, 2014.

Nominations By Petition
Seventy-Five (75) members residing in a district for which an
election of a director is to be held may nominate by written
petition a nominee for Director from that District. Each petition is subject to verification. These nominations must be
filed in the Cooperative on or before Monday, February 17,
2014 12:00 noon in accordance with the By-Laws.

for this easy, delicious recipe.

1 package German Chocolate
2 cups milk chocolate chips
2 packs candy-quick Chocolate & Vanilla
2 cups peanuts
Place in crock pot in order ingredients are listed above. Turn crock
pot to low heat and cook for three hours. Do not remove lid during
cooking time. After three hours, remove lid and stir with a wooden
spoon. Drop mixture by spoonfuls onto cookie sheets. Cool.
