Homemade Laundry Soap:
1 Cup Borax
1 Cup Washing Soda
1 Bar of Soap (grated)
Buckets and water
Grate bar soap. Other bars, like
Ivory or all-natural soaps, can be
used. Fels Naptha is found in
the laundry aisle.
Add 1 cup of Borax and 1 cup of Add HOT water to the buckets

This recipe does not have to be
precise.
Heat a small amount of water in
a saucepan and gradually add
grated soap flakes, stirring with
a spoon or wire whisk.

detergent bottles, milk
jugs, or a covered bucket
with a soup ladle.
