INTERESTED IN PLANNING A COMMEMORATION OF THE KING’S ROAD
RESERVE RELOCATION?
This year marks the 100th year that some 125 of our community members were ordered to leave the King’s
Road Reserve. Over the past few months, we have the discussed the idea of planning an event to honor
and to
recognize those families and individuals who lived through those difficult times.
We wish to organize a Planning Committee to commemorate this event. If you are interested in volunteering for this Committee, please contact Dan Christmas at [email protected] or at (902) 5646466 (ext. 2280). We would appreciate any assistance or advice in planning this special event.
