In Town Bazaar, you can almost eRight at
the centre of main Mahabaleshwar city,
this market is quick to locate and
accessible both by road and on foot.
Venna lake is one of the major tourist
attractions of Mahabaleshwar in
Maharashtra state in India. The lake was
constructed by Shri Appasaheb Maharaj,
who was Raja of Satara in the year 1842.
The lake is surrounded by trees on all sides.
You can go boating at the beautiful Venna
Lake. 2 km away from the main market
and bus stop, the lake is easily accessible
by road, though parking here can be quite
a hassle.

Either you can choose to go trekking at
Arthur's Point or at the Connaught Peak.

to this point from the main Mahabaleshwar
city. Or you can simply trek up to this

fort located in Satara district, in the

It is dedicated to Lord Shiva and is one of
the important pilgrimage sites for the
Hindus. The temple is situated in the Old
Kshetra Mahabaleshwar, which is about 6
km from the main city. Built in the 16th
century by the Chanda Rao More dynasty.
