Sideloader. The HUBTEX electronic controlled hydrostatic drive is adjustable to specific application requirements. This ensures high productivity while providing
energy-efficient operation. Proportional hydraulic valves
ensure precise load positioning at all times.

Diesel / LPG drive
Electric drive
Two large AC drive
motors connected to the
rear axle provide high
travel speeds and maximum traction. The performance of these HUBTEX
Electric Side­loaders is
comparable with trucks
powered by IC engines.
The powerful engines and drive units are located beneath the
platform. This ensures exceptional visibility for the driver whilst
minimising both noise and vibration. The electronically controlled
hydrostatic drive can be adjusted to ­provide customer-specific
performance, improving operational efficiency and maxi­mising safe
handling. Low-emission engines feature excellent access for daily
checks and ease of maintenance.
Diesel Engine
Fuel tank and LPG bottles
Gas bottles are protected behind the mast and exhaust system.
Refillable LPG bottles can have a level indicator fitted as an option.
Control of emissions
All HUBTEX Diesel trucks can optionally be equipped with
engines conforming to stage III B and have integrated
­particle filters as standard. Soot particulate filters and particle filters with integrated fuel/electric burners are available
as options along with filters with replaceable cartridges.

LPG Engine
Mast reach
The mast reach function is controlled by two cross
cylinders providing a smooth operation. Dampers
on both extend and retract provide both truck and
load protection.
Wheel & Tyre options Residual capacities, stability, platform height
and ground clearance are all critical factors affected
by wheel & tyre selection. Considering this key
specification, HUBTEX Sideloaders can be equipped
with a large variety of wheels and tyres to match any
application requirement.
Lighting
“See and be seen.” To enhance safety and operational efficiency all HUBTEX Sideloaders include
a full lighting package with low beams, high beams,
reverse lights, stop lights and direction indicators
as standard equipment.

HUBTEX Load Balance System
Frame tilt is controlled by powerful cylinders
mounted underneath the loadbed and ensures
safe and easy loading while maintaining high
residual capacities. Weight is distributed evenly
on all wheels ensuring maximum stability at
all times.
Ergonomic Operator Cabin
Working with HUBTEX Sideloaders is a
real pleasure for the operator. Everything
is clearly labelled and presented and all controls
are easily accessible. The comfortable and spacious
work­station offers more room and optimises visibility
in all directions. All hydraulic functions are operated by
ergonomically designed fingertip control levers or an
optional joystick.

To compensate for uneven floor or lorry bed, heightadjustable forks are available for all load capacities.

For double-deep storage or loading/unloading lorry
beds from one side, HUBTEX Sideloaders can be
equipped with telescopic forks (manually or hydraulic).
They are available in all lengths and capacities.
