Snake River Valley Irrigation District:
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE,
that the Snake River Valley Irrigation District shall hold an election
Nov. 15, 2016 at the office of the
district 816 N. 700 E. Basalt Idaho
on the question of electing a qualified elector as director from the
Second (2) Division or Precinct for
a term of three years starting January 1, 2017.
All qualified electors of the
Snake River Valley Irrigation District shall be entitled to vote at
such election. To be a qualified
elector a person must: (1) possess
all the qualifications required of
electors under the general laws of
the State of Idaho, and (2) own
land within the District and be a
resident of the county in which the
District, or a portion thereof, is located for a period of thirty (30) or

The City of Shelley proposes to increase annual fees beginning November 8,
2016, by amounts that exceed one hundred and five percent (105%) of the
respective fees from the current fiscal year. The Departments and Fees
