Employee of the Trimester Award!
Tina Kilgore – Family Services Coordinator
It is my honor to present you with the Employee of the Trimester award, voted on by the staff
and families served by ALPS. Tina has been an amazing addition to the ALPS family with a very
kind, humble, and gentle demeanor. Tina has worked tirelessly since coming on board to not
only increase community awareness, but also to successfully lead the largest Gala ever and
obtain the most sponsors for the upcoming Walk. Tina has proven herself and fit right in as
our newest “ALPS” family member, and here is what some of her nominators had to say about
her:
“She is part of the team and fits in perfectly.”
“She goes above and beyond her job title to assist families & provide community awareness”.
“What stands out most is her willingness to help with any tasks, even without being asked. The
clients love her”.
“She doesn’t mind helping with clients, or doing whatever needs to be done”.
“She interacts great with clients, caregivers, and staff. She will do anything for anybody”.
“Tina has amazed me in how she goes beyond her position to help out when she is needed in
other areas of the center”.
“I think what Tina has done with our fundraising speaks for itself”.
“While training in the back of the center a client became very ill, Tina didn’t hesitate and
jumped right in to help. Even while other staff became ill and couldn’t, I am grateful”.
