Our Purpose
The Schoharie County Chapter NYSARC, Inc. is
dedicated to the provision of person-centered
supports in an individualized service environment that is inclusive of personalized opportunities, to include supervised and supportive
community residences; individualized residential alternatives and preferences; voluntary
operated family care; day treatment and day
habilitation; vocational services and supportive
employment; service coordination and family
support services; at home and out of home
respite; guardianship support; and specialized
and public transportation.

In addition to the area’s most-anticipated live
and silent auctions, the affair features delectable
cuisine with an international flair and the talents
of DJ Patrick del Rosario, news personality

Our golfing fundraiser is a four-person scramble
and offers valuable prizes. Golfers also have an
opportunity to win big in the Shoot Out Contest.
Golfers receive lunch before tee-off. The day
ends with hors d’oeuvres, awards, and auction
results.

The Challenge Games feature a lively day of
fun-spirited, athletic competitions involving
children and adults with intellectual and other
developmental disabilities.
Athletes are paired with volunteer coaches and
compete in the following sports: basketball,
soccer, volleyball, running and walking, and
wheelchair events. Your donation supplies
funding to host this event and allows us to
provide each participant with a t-shirt, medal,
lunch, and entertainment by a DJ or band.
