coverage, please bring a copy of new insurance
cards to the Admissions Office to ensure that up-to
-date information is on file. The most recent information is needed to guarantee appropriate coverage
for services.

families send in any updated insurance plans, updated insurance premium information and
any other updated financial information.
*If you have an HMO plan, please make sure the
correct physician is listed on your loved ones insurance card. If you need more information contact

Pastoral Care Update...
BLUE CHRISTMAS-Back by popular demand
In this service we celebrate the joy of the birth of our Savior Jesus Christ
and also acknowledge our sorrow and loss.
Join us on Wednesday December 9th at 1:30pm~RCR
Mass will be held on December 25th, Christmas Day and January 1st, New
Years Day at 11:00am in the RCR.
There will be NO Mass on December 24th or December 31st.
Introducing our 2015-2016 Pastoral Care Intern!
Meet Rev. Gregory Ellis
A graduate of Eastern Baptist Theological Seminary and ordained American Baptist Minister,
Rev. Ellis is an Associate Minister at Pinn Memorial Baptist Church Philadelphia, and a Chaplain
in the US Air Force Reserve. Ordained with American Baptist Churches USA Greg is also an Air
Force Reserve Chaplain stationed at Joint Base McGuire Dix Lakehurst New Jersey. He and his
wife, Denise live in Sharon Hill, PA and they have three daughters and four grandchildren. Between now and April 2016 Greg will be part of the Holy Redeemer Pastoral Care team as he completes a unit of Clinical Pastoral Education. We are delighted to welcome Greg as he shares in our
ministry of Care, Comfort and Healing. You can find Greg here at Lafayette most Fridays and
some Wednesdays, as well on other days at the Holy Redeemer Hospital.
