2015-2016 Season - Illinois Symphony Orchestra
2015-2016 Season
Greetings!
The lights dim, the hall becomes quiet and the Concertmaster
graces center stage. She signals for the “A” from the oboe and
the hall is filled with the sound of the orchestra. The audience
anxiously awaits for the music director to take the podium, for
they know musical mastery is about to unfold. The experience of
live orchestral music stirs emotions deep within that can only be
felt when you Listen Live!
I am excited to announce the 2015-2016 season of the Illinois
Symphony Orchestra. ISO Music Director Alastair Willis has once
again created a season rich in tradition and filled with excitement.
From Tchaikovsky’s Symphony No. 4 to Zhao Lin’s Duo for Sheng
and Cello and Mussorgsky’s Pictures at an Exhibition, the ISO invites
you to Listen Live to the acclaimed Illinois Symphony Orchestra!
Become an ISO season ticket holder to hear the music and
see the orchestra Live!
Season ticket holders enjoy these benefits:
• The best seats in the house: Choose and keep the same seats
for every concert.

single ticket prices.

single ticket purchases.
