Brief Introduction
China’s domestic civil aviation industry has made the remarkable achievements, alongside the country’s rapid
economic development after 30 years of economical reforms and opening-up policy. In 2009 China's total air
transport turnover has leaped to the second place in the world, and it is believed that it will sustain its rapid growth
for a long period of time in the future.
Founded in February 1990, China National Aviation Fuel Group is a central state-owned enterprise with assets
ranked 55th among Chinese SOEs. It provides integrated jet fuel supply services such as jet fuel procurement,
transportation, storage and refueling. Our company owns many jet fuel and other oil products’ terminals across
China, and has formed a complete nationwide jet fuel sales network. CNAF have been providing its jet fuel supply
services to more than 140 airport facilities in China. In 2009 we have supplied more than 10 million tons of jet fuel
to domestic and foreign airlines. CNAF has 11 domestic and overseas sub-enterprises and a staff of nearly ten
thousand.
Founded in 1994, CNAF Shanghai Cheng Fei Aviation Special Equipment Company Limited is located in China's
most economically developed region, the world famous international metropolis – Shanghai. A manufacturer wholly
invested by CNAF Group, it specializes in design and production of airfield ground vehicles. Its advanced equipment
mainly includes: assembly and painting workshops, as well as fuel refueling simulation testing base. The company
has a professional engineering team and an excellent management team. In 2003 the manufacturer’s management
has scaled the new heights, and was recognized with ISO9001 certification. In 2006 we received a “Civil Airport
Special Equipment License” from the General Administration of Civil Aviation of China. The company’s dispensers
were awarded the second prize and its jet fuel multi-functional vehicles were awarded the third prize of “Science
and Technology Progress Award” by the General Administration of Civil Aviation of China. Our unique low-altitude
dispensers also won the third prize of “Science and Technology Award” by the China Civil Aviation Association.
Having achieved continued success for more than few years, in 2007 the company marked the beginning of its
export history by providing two units of low-altitude dispensers to Macao International Airport. In 2008-2009 the
total sales of dispensers, refuelers, hydrant pit cleaning units and jet fuel multi-functional vehicles in China mainland
have exceeded one hundred units. Our products are not only distributed between various companies within CNAF
Group’s system, but also are widely used between a large number of customers, which are joint ventures with equity
investment and technical supervision of well-known international oil companies such as BP.

While paying a very close attention to the production and
management work, CNAF Cheng Fei pays max attention
to the improvement of its after-sales service work. At
present, the company’s service network covers some
airports in China. We offer comprehensive after-sales
service for our customers by dealing with different needs
of our customers and by ensuring the timely provision of
spare parts and vehicle maintenance, along with technical
consulting and training for refueling staff.
Our jet fuel multi-functional vehicle (CF5041TJC) is being
widely used in different airfield operations. It is a product
especially designed to meet the special requirements
of our customers. It not only can perform the high point
deflation and low point drainage of airfield hydrant system,
but it also can perform static pressure measurement test
of the reel hose of the vehicles. It can remove sewage and
waste oil from the hydrant pit and can be used as a mobile
pumping unit.
In addition to the design and production of dispensers,
refuelers, hydrant pit mobile cleaning units, jet fuel multifunctional vehicles, samplers and quick connectors with
a standard configuration, CNAF Cheng Fei also tailors
a variety of airfield ground equipment with chassis and
uploaded equipment in accordance with requirements of
its domestic and foreign customers, using optional key
spare parts, such as filters, meters and quick connectors ,
which are internationally accepted products with relevant
API standards.
The c ompany manufac tures t wo t ypes of jet fuel
dispensers - CF5060TJYGX regular dispenser and
CF5061GXJYNKR low altitude dispenser with a latter
of only 2 meters high. It is implemented for under-wing
refueling operations of small and medium sized civil
aircrafts, such as Boeing 737, as well as is widely used for
refueling operations of big civil aircrafts, such as Boeing
777 and 747. Thanks to its great convenience and wide
applicability, this model is very popular among old and
new customers.
Company’s hydrant pit cleaning unit (CF5040TQX) is
mainly used for hydrant pit cleaning, sewage and waste oil
suction, purging of residual materials, and other cleaning
and maintenance work for a variety of airport vehicles.
Three types of refuelers (CF5320GJYFVR, CF5340GJY
and CF5180GJY) with capacity of 13, 000, 22,000 and
27,000 liters with filling and pumping functions are perfect
for refueling operations of small and medium sized civil
airports without or with inconvenient hydrant system.
All kind of products manufactured by CNAF Cheng Fei
are used in airports all over China, from low-altitude
eastern coastal areas to high-altitude region of Tibet
which is known as “Roof of the World”; from low-latitude
hot and humid southern areas to high-latitude cold and
dry northern areas. Proved over the years, all products
show a very stable performance and maintain a reliable
quality under various complex geographical and climatic

Founded in July 2002, China Aviation Oil Import & Export Company Limited (CAOIMPEX) is a stateowned foreign trade company, a wholly owned subsidiary of CNAF.
CAOIMPEX is the country's largest jet fuel importer with 1.9 billion USD trade volumes in 2008 and
listed among “Top 200 Chinese Foreign Trade Companies”.
CAOIMPEX mainly specializes in import of jet fuel, fuel oil & related oil and chemical products and in
import and export of airport ground vehicles, as well as jet fuel supply equipment, oil & gas field and
refinery equipment and materials.
CAOIMPEX undertakes the responsibility for centralized equipment and materials procurement for all
CNAF operations.
CAOIMPEX being an enterprise in charge of external contracts for CNAF, exports all products
manufactured by CNAF wholly-owned Shanghai Cheng Fei Aviation Special Equipment Company

CF5061GXJYNKR Hydrant dispenser mainly consists of chassis, piping system, pneumatic control system,
hydraulic system, electrical system, etc. CF5061GXJYNKR hydrant dispenser is only 2 meters high, which is
also known as “low-attitude” hydrant dispenser, can perform under-wing refuelling service effectively towards
most aircrafts from small sizes (like Boeing 737) to big sizes (like Boeing 747, 777) .

CF5040TQX Mobile Hydrant pit cleaning unit consists mainly of triplex ceramic plunger pump, (which creates
high-pressure water jet), spray gun, self-absorption centrifugal pumps, air compressor, water tank, sewage
tank, hose reel etc. This product is used for cleaning hydrant pit of airports. It removes sewage and waste jet
