Our founders, Mr. & Mrs. Shah relocated from
USA & started Zee Paramarsh in March of 2010.
Started as a home based business and now
having offices at Vadodara, Ahmedabad &
Silvassa.
From just a recruitment company, today we
boast of five separate divisions.
Team strength increased from 2 to 18 members

With a diverse experience of 22 years in business management,
customer service, hospitality and personality development in
India and USA, along with his education in MBA (Marketing &
HR), he is the one who executes our vision to be an Integrated ,
value adding HR Solution agency for all our clients. He has
personally conducted lot of personality development and image
enhancement workshops in USA and so also serves as one of
the in-house trainers where required.

Partner & Co-Founder
With over 10 years of first hand working experience in the IT
Recruiting Industry in the USA and serving clients like Levis’,
Facebook Inc, VeriSign, Yahoo etc, she brings the technical
expertise to the Recruitment Division.
