As Elkridge’s Councilman, Jon will . . .
Support high quality public facilities consistent with the rest of the county.
He testified before the Council to increase the budget for the new Elkridge
Library and Senior Center.
Jon is the ONLY Council candidate endorsed by:
Advocate for our children’s future. He will address school overcrowding.
Propose a new school board structure aligned with the Council districts to
improve representation for Elkridge.
Engage residents and key stakeholders in the renewal of the district’s key
corridor along Route 1.

Jon has a lifelong record of service
Jon graduated from college in 1989 and earned his commission as an officer in the U.S. Army
Reserves. After earning his Masters Degree, Jon served as a company-training officer in the
220th MP Brigade HHC.
Jon was appointed by County Executive Ken Ulman to be a member of the advisory
committee that works with community leaders and government officials to make
recommendations on how government can meet the commitments to its citizens.
Jon coached and volunteered for several years with the Elkridge Youth Organization and
the Howard County Youth Program.
