Toppings such as baked beans, canned stew, tuna or savoury mince
Method
Baked Potatoes in Microwave

Please wash hands. Wash potatoes.
Use a fork or knife to poke 6-7 holes in each potato to let steam out as they cook.

Place potatoes on a plate and cook in
microwave. Try 5 mins cooking, 2 min
rest. Turn potatoes over and repeat
5 mins cooking and 2 mins rest until
the potatoes are soft all over. Each
microwave is different so the cooking
time will vary.

Slice open and mash the insides with a fork.

stew, cheese, corn and peas
