Stuck in the Elevator
Jehad Touqan 4B
Creamy Fun
By: Ramiz Kardan 6A
Once I was stuck in the elevator with two
guys wearing Spiderman and Scooby
Doo’s customs. I was scared but then the
man in the Spiderman’s costumes tried
opening the door when I realized it was
really Spiderman. He wasn’t able to open
the door which was weird. He threw his
webs but it didn't do anything. It seemed
that Spiderman was losing his powers.
Scooby Doo said: ―It seems we are stuck
and no one can help us.‖ I tried myself
many times to scream and open the
elevator’s door but it didn't open.
Spiderman told me not to give up and keep
trying. He said ―if you
don't have powers it
doesn’t mean you
can’t do anything.‖ I
tried again and again
with the help of my
new friends and at
the end we were able
to open the door. It
seems I have super
powers after all.
One day, my town was so bored and dull with
no colors either. I was walking in the lonely
streets when BOOM, it hit me. The greatest
idea! I rushed back to my house and called the
glass factory. I ordered the hugest ice-cream
bowl. They needed 19 trucks to move it. While
my bowl was being delivered I went to buy
some stuff. Later, after many CLICKS, CLACKS
AND BOOMS… my invention was complete! It
was an airplane ice-cream maker! It can
shape ice cream and throw it in the bowl. I
flew in it and started making my ice cream
theme park inside my bowl using ice cream
that would never melt! I had waffle cone
slides, lagoons made from strawberry ice
cream and roller coasters made from
chocolate ice cream. As soon as I opened my
park everyone was happy and the town was
filled with colors all over again. People were
climbing mountains and jumping down to
reach the ―Eat-As-Much-As-You–Can contest‖.
People came from all around the world to buy
my Ice Cream park, but refused since the happiness of my town doesn’t have a price.
Elevator Adventure
By: Talal Al Sharif 5A
Once Scooby Doo, Spiderman and I were in an elevator when the electricity went off. Scooby
and I started panicking and screaming for someone to open the door. All of a sudden the
elevator’s cable snapped and the elevator fell to the first floor so fast. Nothing happened to
us but the door was all jammed and we couldn’t go out. Spiderman had to use his super powers and he threw a web to take us out. Wow what a day!

10 Questions I would never
dare ask my teacher!
Brave Heart Ali Saffouri 5C
1. To the English teacher: ―Is this the
Science lesson?‖
2. To the Math teacher: ―Can we take a
free lesson?‖
3. To the Arabic teacher after explaining
a 20 verses poem: ―Miss I didn't
understand, can you re-explain it?‖
4. ―Can we stay late in the break?‖
5. ―Can I go home? I am bored!‖
6. ―Can I eat in class?‖
7. ―Can I give my
homework to my
friend to do it?
8. ―Can we play cards
in the lesson?‖
9. ―Can I send my mum
a message to ask
about lunch?‖
10. ―Is it ok if I copy the
answer from my friend’s exam paper
because I don’t know it?‖
I wish I was Superman!
Laith Hayek 4C
I wish I was superman because I think he is
the coolest superhero. He fights his enemy
Lex Luther and saves the city from bad
people. The coolest thing about him is that
he shoots laser from his eyes and blows
icy wind from his mouth.
The Clock Winked and Then…
Faris Bawab 4B
I went to my favorite Play Station 2 game place
and started playing a game that had the ages
17+ on it. I know it’s not for my age but I liked
playing on it. While I was playing the game I
looked at the clock to check what time it was
and all of a sudden the clock winked at me and I
found myself inside this game. An FBI agent
called Leon Scott appeared from far away. I
asked him, why are you here? And he told me
that he is here to rescue the kidnapped
president's daughter. I asked if I could help and
he gave me a weapon to use. On our mission I
met this man called Luis and he came along
with us and we fought together. When the fight
ended we rescued the girl and then the clock
winked at me and I found myself back in the
Play Station's game place. I rubbed my eyes
and realized it was all a dream.
How I Lost My Powers
EX-Superhero: Qais Jallad 6D
Long time ago, I used to have super
powers. They used to call me Captain
Super Boy. I was stronger than Superman,
and could leap over tall buildings without
getting hurt. One day I got into a fight and
was tricked into a huge washing machine.
When I was inside it, the machine ruined
my costume and zapped all my powers
away. And that’s how I lost my powers.

Believe me mom, an ELEPHANT would
make the perfect pet! and this is why...
Saad Jumaa from 6D
told his mom:
―Mom, an ELEPHANT would make the
best pet because I can ride it
wherever I want, just like a vehicle. I
could ride it to school so you
wouldn’t need to drive me there, but
I have to wake up early because
ELEPHANTS are slow. They also don’t
cost a lot to feed because they are
vegetarian. But the problem would
be in cleaning after it, since it will be
in my room because we
don't have a garden.‖
Dana Mohammed from 4B
told her mom:
“Mom an ELEPHANT is fat and huge
and will destroy every single room in
the house. This will be your excuse to
change homes and get another
house. We will build a huge backyard
and it can walk us to school and
bring us back and therefore we don’t
need a car… MUM!!! Why are you
running away screaming???‖
4
Ghaith Al Jundi from 6D
told his mom:
―Mom, believe me an ELEPHANT is the
best pet. It’s as small as a house and
can eat 2 crates of apples and drink 3
barrels of water; which is healthy. It’s
not that noisy but we will keep all the
windows open. He can sleep in our
garden and that won’t cost anything.
However we will need trainers to train
him how to take a shower which means
we will need a lake in our house and
tanks filled with shampoo. We can use its
tusks to move our car and its footsteps
will give us the shake we need so no
need for a trampoline.‖
Emily Stramaglia from 4B
told her mom:
―Mom, the ELEPHANT will help us in the
garden. It can remove all the dead plants
and water the flowers by using the trunk
as a hose. Its huge body will provide
shade for the flowers and will block the
strong sun on a hot day. And if you stick a
broom to its tail it will clean around the
garden and will save a lot of time.‖

Witnesses confirm seeing
ghosts. Here are their stories
Our witness Khalid Samara 6D
I have seen a ghost in my house. It was white,
scary and ugly. It kept following me wherever
my friends and I went. We hid in a big box but
the ghost found us. We ran to the kitchen and
the ghost stopped following us. Was he afraid
from the kitchen? Nobody knows!
Our witness Yazan Haddadin 6A
One day when my mum was about to go to
sleep she came to my room and told my
brother and me that we are going To Camp
Cast Away. We started screaming refusing to
go. My brother and I started fighting and my
mum came to us and told us to be quiet and
that she is not changing her mind.
The next morning, we went to the camp and
found our cabins. Each cabin fits 5 people and
it has an attic for our luggage. At night, my
brother and I decided to go check the attic. We
were scared because we heard spooky sounds
and it was so dark we were scared. I don’t
know what it was but for sure something
strange was there. It was a weird looking
slimy ghost. It popped up in front of us. We
started screaming and we ran away from the
attic. We ran to our beds and at that moment I
opened my eyes and found myself in my room.
Thank God it was a dream… when my mum
shouted; kids you are going to Camp.

In
Dِ ear Hamzah;
If you get to live to be 100
years old then this letter is to
remind you of what I want you
to do.
I want you to get a pet alien
and call him Mark. I want you
also to sell your car and get
one of those flying cars.
Please remember to open the
letter and read what I want.
ِDear Faisal:
If I get to live to be 100 years
old then I want to write a
letter to remind myself of
what was my day like when I
was only 9 years old.
I would wake up, brush my
teeth, get ready for school
and wear my uniform. Have
breakfast and then go to
school.
Today I had an Arabic Social
exam and I did very well in it.
Hope life in the future is
easier than the Arabic social
exam.

The Magic Wand
By Faris Gharaibeh 4A
Once upon a time, I went on a trip to a
spooky castle. When I was inside it
something was glowing. When I got
closer I found a magic wand. I seized it
and ran out. When I got home I tried it
but it didn't work. I was wondering
about it when I realized that it needed
one million AA batteries to make it
work. I spent a long time gathering
them and when I finished I wished for
the Fairy God Parents and ten dogs.

What I found in my TIME CAPSULE after 100 years
Time Traveler
Qays Abu Zahra 5C
I live in 2100, life has changed a lot since
2010 when my grandparents used to live.
Many things disappeared and many things
look different. You can see flying cars use
special bridges built in the air. Those
environment friendly cars use the solar system instead of the fuel.
If I have to return to the past for a visit, I
would bring back with me to 2100 five things
which are an oven, pencils, money, books and
a radio. I need the oven to cook my food since
in 2100 I get food in tubes just like toothpaste, since there is no time to cook.
I need pencils because getting knowledge has
changed. We depend a lot on computers so
our handwriting needs practice.
I need money because when we need money
we go to machines that charge themselves to
give money. No need for banks.
We only hear about books we stopped reading
them and lost the search spirit.
People in 2100 don’t know what’s going on
around them. There is no news stations.
That’s why I need the radio.
Time Traveler
Zakariya Stetieh 6A
If I was given a time capsule I would put the
following items in it;
1. My TV; in the future there will be a
watch that shows channels in air.
2. Clothes; since we will be wearing
disposable clothes made from paper.
3. Normal pens; because we will be using
robotic pens that will write what we
think of automatically.
4. Gasoline, since I will be driving flying
cars that work on water.
5. A picture of my pet; because I will be
playing with my pet alien.
6. Our daily food; because there will be
machines that rain food.
7. Weapons; I am hoping there will be no
more wars.
8. MMS uniform; I will be home studying.
9. My mobile; because we will get
connected by air by saying a name.
10. Pictures of streets because there will
be no more streets and we will be
flying everywhere and the nearest mall
will be on Mars.
Time Traveler: Isam AlRefai 5C
If I could keep five items to take to the future I would first pick Petroleum, because I think
there won’t be any in the future. I would take farmland to plant food. I would take water I think
it will not be enough in the future. I would also take gold because I want to be rich in the
future and last I would take wool to make clothes since I think there won’t be sheep.

Nadine Ghezawi 5B
Having the brains and intelligence will
help you have the money and
jewelry you want. For example if you
study to be a lawyer and you become
a smart successful one you will have
many clients and that will lead to
having a lot of money and jewelry.
Who would win? This is what our experts had to say.
Louai Bibi 6D
I would rather be SMART than RICH because for me money does not matter when
you are a kid. When you are an adult it is more important with bills, and other
things. It is true that everyone wants to be rich, but not all people can pay for their
education. It is hard to be rich because you never know when somebody likes you
for who you are or if they only want your friendship for the money.
For me jewelry is also not important because till now I haven’t figured
whether it is to make people look prettier or just a waste of money.
Twins Opinion
Fathi Malhas 5C
Ghaida’a Malhas 5C
The brain is better than jewelry because
jewelry does not help us get high grades in
school. Without the brain we can’t think and
work. Without the brain we can’t solve our
problems and we can’t get a decent job.
And that’s why for me the brain is better
than jewelry.
8
The brain is better than jewelry because
when we study we use our brain. The
jewelry will not let us have good marks but
the brain will help us with that. An important example on how important the brain is;
that when you get sick the doctor uses his
brain to cure the patient and the engineers
need their brains to build strong homes
and schools. And business men won’t make
money if they don't have the brains.
George Kidess 5A
I say that money and jewelry are good
things to have, but there are some
things that are more important such as
intelligence and brain because they
make us go to very good colleges and
work. Then get jobs that give us money
which we can use to buy jewelry.
Lara Kanber Agha 4C
Noor Al Taher 5C
It’s a hard decision but, I think I’ll go for both,
I want brains because if I have money and no
brains then I will lose the money. I would
choose as well the money since I don’t want
to live poor.
I prefer to have brains. Without it I
cant think or do anything. And
without that I won’t find real love
from people. I will do weird things
and I won’t be a smart thinker.
Yara Abu Elreish 5C
Abdullah Qudah 5C
I think we need both, but in balance,
which means I will study hard. Then, get
a good job and get paid well. Also, if I am
not smart and only have money I won’t
know how to deal with the money and
spend it all on useless things.
Almost all people love jewelry especially
girls. I like people that would choose brains
because they will know how to get more
money and jewelry, but if you don't have
brains then no matter how much money you
have you won’t be able to buy a brain.
Jana Sha’ban 6D
Well, everyone will probably pick
brains and intelligence but I prefer
to have money and jewelry with my
brain and intelligence. Simply
because you can’t have one without
the other.
Majd Al Bakry 5C
I prefer to have brains and intelligence
because I want to be an inventor. When I
invent something I would sell it and I will be
rich like Bill Gates. Besides I prefer to have
brains because without it I wouldn’t even be
able to write this.

My Greatest Wish
By: Sharif Abbas 4C
My greatest wish is to have a cool set
of drums, to play on them. I will invite
my friends to play and dance to the
music. And maybe even start my own
band one day.
My Country “SAMBOUSIK”
By President Saad Jumaa 6D
If I wanted to invent a new country it
would be called ―SAMBOUSIK‖ because I
like eating SAMBOUSIK with meat. It will
have laws as to serve SAMBOUSIK with
every meal; breakfast, lunch, dinner and
even snacks. And if people don't eat it then
they will pay 100 SAMBOUSIKS as a fine.
SAMBOUSIK will also be my currency, as
for my flag I would like it to be yellow with
four big SAMBOUSIKS on it. The first one
represents me, the rest would represent
food, drinks and sports which are the
most important things in life.
Apart from SAMBOUSIK at every meal, I
would make sure that everyone play
sports because eating so much
SAMBOUSIK is going to make everyone
fat… so sports is a must!!! And if the
people refuse to play sports, they will pay
a fine of 50 SAMBOUSIKS.
ALL HAIL THE
SAMBOUSIK

Insects Invading Jordan
By: Jad Dahshan 5B
If insects invade Jordan, I wouldn’t be there
to see it, that is because I would have fainted
at the very first sight. Second, I hate looking
at insects closely; but I love studying about
them. I can only tell you what I would imagine
it to be like. People will go running around
crazy, accidents will happen, fires will start,
because ants took over the military. Bees will
take over factories and the cockroaches will
take over scientists’ labs. If you think that this
is horrible, wait till you read this. Suddenly
factories will start exploding. Tanks and airplanes will come firing missiles and throwing
bombs. Then just when you think it couldn't get
any worse, giant cockroaches will come
shooting laser from their eyes! The next day,
you will wake up, everything around you calm
and peaceful, while the ants, bees and cockroaches changing worms as big as elephants.
Spiders as big as strong gorillas. Mosquitoes
able to suck all the blood in ten rhinos. After
they do that they will invade the whole world!
Giant Flies Attack Jordan
By: Bana Mughrabi 5B
On a rainy day thunder hit the ground, and two
giant flies attacked Jordan. They stole all the
papers in Jordan. They ate Petra’s Treasury
and drank the Dead Sea. I ran after them with
the hugest scissors and destroyed them just
in time before they ate Aqaba for dessert.
LIFE UNDER THE SEA
Our Mermaid;
Dania Manna’ 4B
Our Mermaids;
Diana Al Nobani and
Karma Safadi 4B
I spend my day talking to my
fish friends, play with them
and swim with them. My outfit is nice and all sparkly.
Once while swimming I saw
an old box. When I opened it,
it turned out to be a treasure
box filled with gold. I wore
necklaces and swam.
We swim everyday with the fish and collect
shells. We have picnics between the plants
and invite the dolphins and the sharks together. Our food is fish. When we’re bored
we call our friend the octopus to carry us
with his eight arms and the bubble fish
blows and pops making us laugh. We only
wish to be able to talk to the outside world.
The Door To Ocean
Lara Saqer 4D
When I was watching TV a
light came out and took me
inside it. I found myself
under the ocean and I saw
fish and a whale. There
were some beautiful
mermaids that swam with a
dolphin. All of a sudden a
shark came out and started
running after me. I saw a
door and I went through it. I
came out from the TV, when
all of a sudden my mum
came to wake me up. It was
all a dream.
The Adventurous Laith Shawar 5A
One day I went diving in the sea. I jumped and it was so nice.
I loved it so much that I said to all the fish and shells that I
want to live under the sea. The fish threw me a welcome
party, but there was this mean and huge shark that wanted
to eat the poor little fish. This shark’s name was Killer and
everybody hated him. they told me about his stories. That
day I was swimming with my friend Jacky the fish when we
encountered Killer. He told me that he is going to kill me
tomorrow at 12:00 and then he left. Jacky told me that I have
a friend who sells weapons. We went to his store and I got
myself some rockets for free. The next day we started the
fight. We shot at each other but I tried my best to preserve
the last bullets and rockets. He went to hide in a secret place
and started shooting. I found him and threw my last rocket
at him. Killer was found dead and all the fish were happy.

My Aunt’s Wedding
Our Wedding Planner
Lamees Ahmad 6B
It was a cold wintery day when I saw my aunt
very worried and busy. She was preparing
herself for her wedding! In the early morning her
hairdresser made an amazing, outstanding new
hairstyle, then she wore her wedding dress that
was shining like broken glass at night,
At six o’clock, the wedding started in one of the
most famous big hotels in Amman. All my friends,
and family, attended the wedding.
Afterwards, we started dancing, laughing and
singing happily. Meanwhile, my aunt was sitting
like a queen on her throne. Soon after, the cake
show started which was delicious. At last, we
went back home with a big smile on our faces.
Marwan Al Munaer 5B
One day, my friend, brothers and I went to the club to
play. We were playing hide and seek. I hid in a very
hard place while my friend Omar finished counting.
My mom saw him counting and told him that she was
leaving. He started calling for me to come out but
my brothers and I didn't believe him. My mother’s
phone started ringing and it was Omar’s mother
asking for him to come home early. My mum and
Omar started looking for us but couldn’t find us.
They went to the security. The security man said to
go look through the screens in the computer room.
To their surprise I was there, trying to play games.

Tips To Ace Your Exams
Huda Al Jawahiri 4D
Do you work best in the morning, afternoon
or night? Work when you feel more up to it &
do most of your studying during this time.
Plan a study timetable, with 10 minutes break
every 40 minutes of study.
Voice record your study notes and upload
them onto your iPod and listen to them.
Eat healthy snacks such as fruits and nuts.
Go for a 15 minutes walk every 2 hours to
keep you refreshed.
Write important notes in big colorful writings
on papers and stick them all over the house.
That way, you’ll absorb information.
Invite your mates over for a group study.
Write important notes on cue cards and ask
someone to test you.
Play some soothing music in the background.
Give yourself at least 30 minutes to chill out
before going to bed.
My Perfect Vacation
Omar Yasien 4B
I went to Aqaba with my family and we stayed in Tala
Bay. We rented Buggies and it was amazing. First
the bus took us to the buggy rental office. They
didn't allow me to rent one because I am not old
enough, but my mum wanted me to try it and
convinced the man to give me one. When the ride
started everybody was going really fast so I said to
myself: ―Here Goes Nothing.‖ I went fast and won
first place. When it was night we went back to the
hotel and told everyone how great the race was.
Next morning when I woke up I didn't find anyone in
the room so I got dressed and went to have
breakfast. When I was done I changed and went to
the pool. My brother was there and we played
together and had so much fun. Later we went to the
beach and asked my dad to rent the jet ski. We went
on the jet ski for 15 minutes and the fast boat took
us to this small wooden island. We splashed water
and rode really fast. It was such a great day and the
beach was amazing. It was the best vacation ever.
True Friendship
Sasha Abaza 6D
Most people think that a friend is someone you
hang out with, but a friend is more than that. He
is someone you love and care about. I have many
friends but I have one best friend. I love her with
all my heart. I know that she is truly my friend
because we fight and separate, shout at each
other and feel no need to be friends but at the
end of the tunnel there is hope. We would be
friends again. Our friendship is beautiful when we
realize that we are a priority in each others life
and not just an option.
Television Programs
Basil Hattar 4A
Many people like watching TV. There are many
programs they can watch such as; cartoons,
historical, funny movies, educational ones,
drama, news and others. We shouldn’t spend
long time watching TV. Parents should tell their
children what to watch and keep their eyes on
them because some of these shows are not
good and not useful for children. Some shows
improve the kids’ thinking such as educational
programs and cartoons.

What To Do When Hungry?
By: Farah Abdallat 4A
If I cooked Lunch
By: Dina Masri 4D
Once when I was hungry my mum took me to the
bookstore to buy cooking books. I bought a book
called the Yummy Corner. There was this weird
meal that I wanted to try. You bring boiled water
and you add chocolate syrup and corn. You mix
them together and then put marshmallows and
soya sauce. It will give it this sweet sour taste.
Then put some strawberries and kiwi.
If I cooked lunch for you,
I would start with the rattlesnake stew
Then serve the centipede salad

Carrots
Nora Sughayer 6C
My favorite vegetable is carrot. Even my
favorite animal is rabbit because it loves
carrots like me. When my mother needs to put
carrots in food she opens the fridge and finds that
the carrots are gone. I love them because they give
us vitamins and are good for our eyes.
My Favorite Dish
Mohammed Bedour 4A
My favorite dish is steak specially when it is grilled. I
grill it with my father after we swim every Friday. To
prepare it; first grill the meat. Then add the mashed
potatoes and serve with it butter. Prepare a salad
bowl full of lettuce and tomatoes. It is so good you
don’t have any leftovers to serve anyone.
My Favorite Dish
The Revenge Meal
Our Chef Aya Nashashibi 6A
Once my enemy came to my burger place.
When I went to see her, she was such a show
off. When I asked her what did she want she
said that she wants the chicken burger. When
I went to the kitchen to prepare it, I brought
play dough and made bread then added some
chilli sauce to it. I added lemon and cheese
which was only yellow paint. I fixed everything
on top of each other and put some tap water
in her coke. I brought some chopped wood and
made them look like french fries. I fixed her
meal to look as real as possible. When I
served it to her she looked at it without
knowing what it was. She took the burger in
both hands and opened her mouth to take the
first bite. She took the first bite and started to
cough and almost vomited. She left my place
and never came back again.
Janine Hadidi 5B
My favorite dish is fettuccine. I like it specially with mushrooms. I love it
more when it is homemade and everyday when I come back from school I
ask my mum to make it for me. My favorite part about it is the rich cream.

Dedicating these facts to Elephants
Our Researcher: Freeda Barakat 6A
Elephants are the largest animals found in the
rainforest. Asian elephants are found in South
East Asia, India and Sri Lanka. They feed upon
branches, bamboo, grasses, vines and fruits.
Elephants spend a lot of their time feeding and
use their teeth to grind up the large amounts of
tough vegetables. As each tooth wears down
another one emerges. An elephant has 6 sets of
teeth during its lifetime and dies of starvation
when the last set wears out. The Asian elephants use their trunks to eat, drink, carry
things and communicate with each other.

Big and Small
Shakespeare’s Niece;
Yasmeen Al Kotob 5D
I saw a snail as big as a whale
And a lark as big as a shark
Even a bee as big as a tree
Animals are everywhere!
The toad was on the road
And a hare as big as a chair
Did you see a goat as big as a boat?
Or a flea as big as me?
But wait there is more
I saw a mouse as big as a house
And a dog as big as a log
And a lion as small as a crayon
Do you know that ants are so small
It crawled under the garden’s wall?
Pop, Pop, Pop!
Shakespeare’s Niece:
Yasmine Rashdan 6A
Plunge in I heard
In minutes I flew like a bird
I felt scared
I tried to scream but I was unheard
Inside me there was a lot of power
Suddenly I transformed,
I look like a flower
Shiny white things were falling
towards me in a shower
All the chaos stopped in half an hour
Jumping out of the container would
be brave
I tried to jump but I was inserted to a
cave
I started to struggle and shout
Nothing seemed to work, two
seconds. BLACKOUT!
Students
Shakespeare’s Niece:
Leen Abu Eisheh 6D
Some students are lazy
They make teachers go crazy
And get rid of the idea to have a baby
Other students are clever and bold
Teachers give them medals both
silver and gold
Teachers become so glad
That they would never get mad
Or even sad
So that’s my poem about students
that should be wise
To gain a prize and for their parents
That’s a surprise
Bubble Gum Delicious
Shakespeare’s Nephew:
Laith Ramahi 5A
Bubble Gum delicious,
Bubble Gum Delight,
Bubble Gum de-lovely
In the middle of the night.
Wrap you up in a bubble wrap,
Wrap you up in gum,
Wrap you up in wonderful,
Because you are the special one!

I Knew a Guy
Shakespeare’s Niece:
Reema Mehdi 6A
Friend
Shakespeare’s Niece:
Leen Al Najjar 6A
I knew a guy… Who knew a guy
Who stuck his finger in his eye
Oh my! Oh my!
That silly guy!.I asked him,
“Why! Oh why
You stuck your finger in your eye”
But all that guy would do was cry
So stick your finger in a pie
Or fly to the sky or chew your tie
Or get a toasted ham on rye
Or catch a purple butterfly,
But don’t be like that silly guy
Who stuck his finger in his eye
Or you will cry
And then fall down and die
A friend will like you for who you are
Even if you couldn’t buy a car
He will help your dreams come true
If he was sad he will stay by you
He will come with you on a cruise
If you avoid giving him some flues
He will build you a tower
He’ll be grateful and give you a flower
Spring
Shakespeare’s Niece:
Perry Bibi 6D
Spring is when flowers bloom
Sun glistens
Butterfly hatch from their cocoon
Then comes the warm days and nights
It’s time to leave
Kids say no
What a beautiful season spring is
Zeeko and Spike
Shakespeare’s Nephew:
Layth Fanek 5B
I have a dog named Spike
It runs after me while on my bike
I have a dog named Zeeko
It always eats like a psycho
Zeeko and Spike always fight at night
Even when it is not alright
When they bark, I take them to the park
Spike likes to bark, even in the dark
When they’re cold they wear a blouse
And in the day they like to browse
Their type is Mini-Pincher
They look like a picture
and always need a lecture
I’ve loved them with all my heart
Right from the start
The Peasant
Shakespeare’s Nephew:
Shaker Qudah 6A

I went to the store and saw him

I gave him bread and went to bed
Next day he was in the field
Trying to catch

Danielle Spasioti 4A
I have an elephant in my room
I will clean it with a broom
Everyday at noon
And every night before I go to bed
I would pet him on the head
Its color is yellow
It ate nothing but jell-o
And sometimes marshmallow
I had a mouse in my house
Who came inside from the rain
I cared a lot for him I gave him a name
I gave him cheese
He went outside to play with the bees
The bees got mad and stung his knees
His knees got red
I gave him some bread
Oh... How much I love this mouse!

Japan
Shakespeare’s Niece:
Malak Abu Ghazaleh 5C
I can be anything.
I can do anything
I can think anything
Big or tall
High or low
Wide or narrow
Fast or slow
Because I want to and I can
I went to Japan

I wanted to see
But my mum didn't agree
I tasted their food
I acted like a fool
Goodbye Japan
Good bye my lovely pan
SHE!
Shakespeare’s Niece: Sasha Abaza 6D
She has a costume… A Halloween gown
It’s blue... With green eyes, too
And a list of don’ts and dos… Looking just like a goose
Holding a book… What a look!
Look at her go… She doesn't care about the cut in her toe
Going with pride But, look a tide!... AH! She died! My fear I will not hide
We will miss her...We will, yes sir!
