Space Assignment
When you exhibit at this premier event you are instantly in
touch with your target market. Intex Expo brings all your best
customers and potential customers together in one location.
Expo attendees are combing the trade show floor for new
products and services.
Contracts received by June 30, 2015, will be given priority
placement in accordance with priority points accrued. After
June 30, 2015, space will be assigned to all paid companies on a
first-come, first-served basis. Every effort will be made to assign
exhibitors to their chosen spaces; however, show management
reserves the right to set final space assignments or change space
assignments after acceptance of the contract should it be in
the best interest of the exhibition. A 50% deposit is due with
your online booth space reservation. The balance of your booth
payment is due no later than January 8, 2016.

Exhibit Rates
Each 10' x 10' inline booth is $3,335 ($4,335 for a non AWCI or
CISCA member). There is a fee of $150 per corner booth.
The Fee for Each Booth Includes

nn 8' high back drape in show colors.
nn 3' high side drape in show colors.
nn 7" x 44", one line, black on white ID sign.

2016 Exhibit Schedule

All exhibits must be set up and dismantled only during the
scheduled times. No booths may be removed before 1 p.m. on
April 19. If an exhibiting company dismantles before 1 p.m.,
the company will lose all priority points.
