LIVE MUSIC
PRESENTATIONS
The FUNK BUDDIES are 8 professional musicians from Melbourne,
Australia. Between them there are many years of experience on
stages and in studios, at festivals and functions, in dingy pubs and
swanky clubs, in Melbourne, around the country and all over the
world. Members of the band have shared the stage and studio with
many local and international greats, at big events and on television.
They make a living playing, recording, teaching, writing and
arranging music. But when they want to let loose, we get together
and unleash their favourite sound, New Orleans Street Funk.
The presentations for the 2015 City2sea will be held at 9:45am on
the stage in the Finish Village.
PRIZES
All participants will receive a finisher’s medal and a downloadable
finisher’s certificate. Thanks to Singapore Airlines, the male winner,
female winner and wheelchair winner of the 15km course will all
come away with 2 return economy flights each. The full list of prize
details can be viewed online at thecity2sea.com.au/faqs
