TERMS & CONDITIONS:
EFFECTIVE January 1, 2012
Minimum order is $500.00. All products priced and sold in case quantities. Payment terms are Net 30 days. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club and American Express are accepted forms of payment (based on
approved credit). All amounts owed beyond payment due date are subject to a 1-1/2% monthly finance charge.
Returned merchandise will not be accepted without prior authorization. Partial or damaged cases will not be accepted. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of date of purchase. Merchandise returned for
reasons other than product defect or vendor error must be returned freight prepaid, and is subject to a 20% restocking charge. Freight allowed: Minimum $1,500.00 order within the Continental USA. For Alaska,
Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, freight is prepaid on shipments to nearest US port; customer pays to ship from port to their location.
Deliveries requiring special truck with lift gate may incur an additional charge. Deliveries to residential addresses will be charged an additional charge. No driver-assisted unloading. If customer allows or request
the freight company to assist, an additional charge will be added to order. All coil orders must be palletized. The following pallet configurations will help in determining order quantities:
- The BIG BOX - 15 cases/pallet, must order in 15-case increments (truckload = 405 cases)
- Economy and Professional Pack - 80 cases/pallet, must order in 80-case increments (truckload = 2160 cases)
