1. Express Fares Login
Access your allocated loyalty site.
http://www.selectravelgroup.com.au
OR
http://www.Independentagents.com.au
Once signed in click on either Express Fares or Express Ticket to gain access.
Note: Once you have logged into Express Fares you will not be “timed out” for the entire day, unless you click on “Log Out”

2. Express Fares Search
Find: If fare sheet reference/price code is known, enter in
here to go directly to the Express Fare sheet.
Fare Search: Complete required details in boxes provided.
(minimum needed to perform search is From, To, Departure
Date and Class).
Note: ‘From’ and ‘To’ allows you to enter a CITY or an
AIRPORT code.
HINT: If you do not know the 3 letter code, click on from or to and
conduct a search.
Class: Choose from Economy, Business, First Class and
other class combinations.
OPTIONAL ENTRIES:
Alliance Preferences: Ability to select only ‘ONE WORLD’
or ‘STAR ALLIANCE’ carriers.
Carriers: Specify airline 2 letter codes required.
HINT: If you do not know the code, click on carriers to conduct a
search.
Single carrier: Select this for single carrier fares.
Via Cities: Will filter fare results with fares only travelling via
the requested ‘Via City/Airport’.
ADVANCED OPTIONS:
Pax Type: Select from All, Adult, Youth, Student, Senior &
Companion passenger types.
Max Price: Specify passenger budget by entering
maximum price.
Global Indicators: To search for nett fares via specific
regions/routes.
Show Nett: Option to select ‘show nett’ option, allows you
to view the nett and gross on search result screen.
Express Ticket Only: Only show fares that can be used
with Express Ticket.
Set Defaults: Saves default settings to be re-used.
Send a Fare Quote: Request a quote.

3. Index Tools
Carrier: Enter airline code to refine search of AIR PASSES,
ADDONS & SECTORS.
Round The World/Circle Fares: Click on Round The World
or Circle Fares to view comprehensive listing of all RTW &
Circle fares.
Airline Fares: Using a specific carrier, filter all available fares
to a particular region on the requested carrier.
Commissions: According to airline, view applicable
commissions for your agency.
Taxes: View comprehensive tax guides according to the
AIRLINE.
4. Fare Library
Build your own customised ‘fare library’ by clicking on the Save button from the search result screen.
Fare sheets will then automatically appear in your library and stay there until you delete them.
If fare sheet expires or is being updated, you will still be able to view with applicable warning.

Statistics: View ‘real-time’ Express fares search statistics by ‘My Agency’ or ‘All Agents’

Display Options: Choose number of results per page, and sort by options.

Printing/Saving Options:
Option to Print Normal, Print in Black & White or save fare sheet electronically into a client’s file.

Icons: Visible icons to indicate fares which can be:
Can issue ticket on this fare via Express Ticket
Ticketing ends within a week
Click to see related fare promotion

News: up to date fares and general news

Fare compare: Select up to 9 fare sheets, to compare

Key Rules: view ‘snap shot’ of key rules.

Easy to read with new features and improvements:
Printing/Saving: Ability to print normal (in colour), in Black & White or Save fare sheets
electronically to a file (Using File-Save menu in browser and saving as MHT file).
Fare sheet choices:
Ability to select:

SIMPLE:
Option showing only the most relevant destination that was searched.

ZONE:
Shows other fares applicable for the destination searched (e.g. One ways & other class options).

FULL:
Shows the entire fare sheet with other destinations and fare levels.

Highlights:
Orange Text clearly highlights the origin and destination searched.
Blue Shaded area highlights the applicable` details for the relevant dates/price code of the search

Rules:
Ability to minimise fare rules by clicking on the rule name, thus reducing the size of the page for printing/saving.
(click on ‘details...’ or ‘show all rules’ to view the hidden rules again)
