Before we continue, we want to take a moment to make you aware of one of the sad truths in life. The truth is that not
everyone is ready to be open, to take responsibility for their health or to be an entrepreneur.
Everyone around us normally says they want health, success, freedom, more time with family, etc., yet many people are
either too scared or too negative to take any steps in the right direction. Oftentimes, addressing some of these things forces people
to take on disciplines that they fear and instead of facing that fear, they like to place blame on why things are “so hard” or “so unfair”
for them and how success is not possible. They will blame the government, the economy, their boss, their spouse, their parents or
some other great injustice that has robbed them of their opportunity in life. They will blame anything that shifts the responsibility for
their situation onto someone or something other than them. Don’t be too surprised to find that some of your friends and family will
not want to join the Challenge or see the business side of YOR Health. They may even be critical of you doing so. It is unfortunate,
but some people feel the need to criticize or even attack those that are striving for more from their lives. Attack someone for wanting
to get healthy or promote health? Yep. It happens. Weird, we know. Unfortunately, by you taking control of you health and finances,
you are exposing their lack of initiative. This makes people insecure; and insecure people blame and attack. These people hopefully
won’t be like this forever, but we certainly can’t let their fears prevent us from chasing our health, vitality and freedom.
Oftentimes, these people assure us their criticism is in our “best interest”. Sadly, intentions are not the test of truth. Most
people have a relatively limited understanding of business or a lack of financial education. Even if their advice is good-intentioned, it
does not mean that it is correct for you and does not mean their perspective is necessarily correct. Don’t forget, most people that
ever did anything new, revolutionary or great had people trying to talk them out of it consistently. Aren’t we glad Christopher
Columbus didn’t listen to the people that said the world was flat? Aren’t we glad the Wright brothers decided to keep building the first
planes even though people thought flying was impossible? Aren’t we glad Steve Jobs didn’t give up when he was kicked out of
Apple, a company he founded? You get it. There are no shortage of “haters” in the world telling people they cannot accomplish
things, and normally, those are the people that never accomplished anything either.
As you promote the Challenge, some people may impart onto the horror stories of people they know that have tried other
businesses or network marketing companies that failed. They’ll give you all sorts of reasons why YOR Health won’t work for you, as
if every product, company, business and group of people are the same. First, YOR Health isn’t something that “works” or “doesn’t
work” for someone. That’s like saying the gym “works” or “doesn’t work”. No, the gym, like YOR Health, is a vehicle towards a better
life. But like all vehicles, if you don’t hop in, learn how to drive and take off, it won’t matter! We must understand that most people
think they have our best interest at heart, but we also must understand that most people that give their opinions have no experience
in any business, let alone YOR Health. It is best to never get defensive. Just give them a smile, thank them for their input, be strong
in your own self-resolve and stay focused on what is right for your health and your future.
Don’t allow someone’s uneducated opinion steal your dreams. In our world today, especially with the internet, everyone
has a voice, even if what they are saying has not truth or facts to back it up. You can find negativity about every group, company,
faith and belief structure in the world on endless blogs of fact-less opinions. It is more important than ever in today’s business world
that we learn to pay attention to what we feel, the facts and the people we are with to make decisions about what’s best for our
health, our family and our future.
You don’t need the approval of anyone to take positive steps towards better health and better finances. You are the one
who has to look yourself in the mirror. Not everyone will support everything that you do, but remember this: Share your story, your
why, your mission and vision. Being open and sharing your true intentions about why you’re pursuing health and why you’re
promoting the Challenge will help those around you see that you are trying to change your life and the lives of those around you. Be
open, be passionate and share your beliefs with others! The only way to success in this world is service to others, and if that is one
of your priorities in this project, you have nothing to fear. Service to many leads to greatness and we know that together we are
going to make a great impact on the world. Even if people are not interested in what you are doing today, stay strong and they will
be tomorrow.
Be extra careful with who you take advice from in life. People will always offer you their unsolicited opinions about what’s
best for you. A tip: Consider their results before you buy into their philosophy. Would you listen to an unhealthy person about health?
Of course not. Would you ask a guitar player how to play a trumpet? Obviously not. Case in point: If you want to learn to play
basketball; ask Michael Jordan. If you want to learn to fly planes; ask a pilot. Ask a chef if you want to learn to cook.
Likewise, if you want to build a thriving business around the YOR Best Body 8-Week Challenge, look to your sponsor and
top promoters to find someone who has already accomplished success in this business or has been trained to do so. Those are the
people to look toward for advice. Not to be blunt, but you shouldn’t take business or financial advice from unsuccessful people or
people that do not have what you want from life or are not aspiring toward the same thing. Remember, if you buy into someone’s
philosophy, you buy into their lifestyle. The best coaches are those that have the experience and results to back up their advice.
This goes for this industry or any other industry you may ever get involved in. Seek great coaches and you will grow. Avoid the
voices that tell you excellence and success are not possible. Just because they haven’t done it doesn’t mean others haven’t – and it
doesn’t mean YOU cannot! YOU CAN! It’s already been done. So be strong, get ready and let’s begin YOR DreamQuest!

The secret to exponential growth in YOR Health depends on how you invest the 10-15 hours per week you have
dedicated to your business. Include as much real business building activities that you can into your schedule. Those
activities include: networking, inviting, presenting and training. Minimize “busywork”. The key to success in this industry
is consistency.
Setup Your Autoship
By setting up your autoship, you can enjoy the convenience of having your essential products delivered to your door
each month. Be a product of the product. Commit to the YOR Health product regimen regardless of how serious you
are in the business. These products represent a lifestyle change and will impact the rest of your life. Be an example of
the YOR Best Body 8-Week Challenge. Health is a lifestyle we are proud of and promote as a company. Stick with it no

Your first goal as a YOR Health IR is to hit Rising Star! You want to do this as soon as possible! Ideally, you should
accomplish this in your first week or two, as it only requires 2,000 total GPV in your sponsor organization. Get this
done and set your team up for speed.

As mentioned above, success in this business, like anything, is a matter of consistency over time. As you push for your
weekly 100% Club goal, (Reminder: 5 guests for part-time, 10 guests for full time), you will become a better leader,
communicator and team builder.
Don’t Give Up
If there is one thing to remember as you go through your journey with YOR Health, it is this: the only way to fail is to
quit. Inevitably in life, when we try to do something big, there will always be challenges. There will good days and
challenging days, good weeks and challenging weeks. If you were to ask any top ranked representatives in YOR

You will hear this over and over again - “Make your list! Make your list! Make your list!” You’ll be surprised at
how many people don’t make their list, let’s hope this is not you. The people who don’t make their list, usually have
very little results or none at all. Let’s look at the following analogy to see how important it is to make your list.
Imagine that you’re putting a team together, you need a minimum of 20 people, it could be any sport or field
that you want; basketball, baseball, soccer, American Idol, cooking, etc. and you’re going up against the top players in
the world. Who do you want on your team? You obviously want the best players, right? Look at this business as a
game. You have to build a team of the best players because you’re going up against tough competition. The only
challenge is, you don’t really know who’s good at network marketing because not too many people actually practice or
study network marketing. So how do you know who’s going to be a great player and who isn’t? You don’t. So that’s
why we make a list and we don’t discriminate.
Being around network marketing, you’ll hear this saying also, “You never know who will and who won’t. The
people we think will do it, usually won’t and the people we least expect to do it, usually will.” It’s like Michael Jordan’s
story. He was cut from the high school team. Who would have ever thought he would become the best basketball
player in the world? I think you get it by now. Always remember that you are offering people an opportunity that can
change people’s lives and you never know who’s looking for that opportunity; just like Michael Jordan.
You want to start with your top 20-30 closest friends and family. But you want to build a list of 200-500 names
and more. The bigger your list, the more chances of success and the bigger your selection to have better players. Most
people after hearing this will say, “I don’t know that many people”. Trust us, unless you’ve been stranded on a deserted
island your whole life, you know a lot more people than you think you do. Going back to the team analogy – If you
need a team of 20 top notch players, and you only have a list of 10 people and 5 tell you “no”, not only will you be short
of players, but you will begin to feel pressured to sign up the last 5, which can put you in a “begging” or “desperate”
mode. This will highly reduce your effectiveness and there won’t be much of a selection for your team. If you have a list
of 200 and 5 tell you “no”, you still have 195 other people to contact and work with in the next 30 days. Check your
agendas, albums, cell phone, facebook, other social networks, chats, emails and the rain of ideas that are in the
memory jogger on the next page to make your list.
We can’t say it enough, “DO NOT DISCRIMINATE”. If you do, it is very likely that they, (your friend, cousin,
successful uncle or friend of the family, etc.), will end up in another company or in someone else’s organization.
Remember network marketing is growing very fast and many are now turning to network marketing. They are
becoming aware of how many people are having success thus beginning to see it as a career and an exit plan.
Besides, if what you have is good, shouldn’t you share it with everyone? Imagine if someone who knows you didn’t put
you on their list, and by doing that, they took this opportunity away from you. We offer the opportunity to everyone and
allow them to determine if they want to do this or not. Every contact is a good contact until they show otherwise.
In this journey of finding your team of 20, you’re going to find those who only want to try the products and
those who will say “no” - that’s expected. You will also find the one’s who say they want success, but then we come to
realize that they’re not willing to do the work that’s required. Don’t let this discourage you. As you go through your list,
you will discover one of the most encouraging laws of the universe – The Law of Averages. Just remember, some will,
some won’t. “No” doesn’t mean no to you, it just means “not now”. Don’t lose your friends or make enemies by begging
them to join your team or getting upset at them for quitting, just understand that it wasn’t their time. Many who have
said “no” or have started and quit, usually come back later. Contact them again in several months to see if this time
they’re ready. As they see your success, that will encourage them to come back. This time, you’ll know if they’re
serious about doing something to better their health and their lives. Make sure you build a big list so that we can focus
on sorting, not selling.

Many people ask what it takes to reach the rank of Diamond. It honestly doesn’t take much to reach the rank. To
maintain as a Diamond and keep climbing the ranks is another story. Does it take work? Of course. Anything
worthwhile takes work, but the work is truly not difficult. It’s like riding a bike, it’s just a matter of mastering certain skills
and abilities. Most of the skills and abilities you’ll get from attending training, but it’s up to you to put them to practice. If
you focus on the skills and abilities below, stay consistent by practicing and having daily activity, you’ll be well on your
way to becoming a maintained Diamond and higher. Remember that old saying, practice is the mother of all skills.

* ORG Meetings – This is considered the heartbeat of our system. An ORG meeting is to create consistency,
structure and high standards as a team.
* Strategy Session/Meeting – This is usually a one on one meeting to plan and evaluate team’s progress.
Skills training, suggestions and support is also offered at these sessions.
* Diamond Station – This is when a time frame is blocked out at a location so that the team can book trainings,
presentations and strategy meetings with the people at the location.
* Personal Activity – (Prospecting, Inviting, Presenting, Opening, Follow Up, Promoting, Reading, etc.)

The key to duplication and building a large organization.

Any great team or organization has what they call their key players who meet on a timely basis. This group of people is
called your Inner Circle. Your Inner Circle is a group of people who like, love, trust, respect and buy into each other and
the integrity of the team is more sacred and important than anything. The Inner Circle understands that working
together will give them that financial and time freedom to do the things they want in life with their loved ones. This is
why they look out for each other, so the bond becomes stronger as they grow. Until you find your Inner Circle, you will
hold weekly ORG Meetings with your team.
Goals
A.  To establish and run a small team or teams of 4 to 8 representatives that can commit to a weekly meeting and are
interested in creating a successful business with YOR Health. To gain this commitment from our team, we must
focus on the team’s priorities, values and the proven system.
B.  To train and develop each team member to eventually branch off and run their own Org meetings.
C.  To create a team brand, a team culture and a clear vision of where the team movement is headed.
If you have multiple teams, remember some cultures will be slightly different. However, the end goal is always the same.
Creating happiness through physical health, financial health, healthy relationships and self-awareness.
Answer these questions when starting a new team.
What is your culture/rules? (being on time, goal setting, dress code if any, etc.)
What do you stand for? (this is where priorities and values come in)
What is your vision for “the movement”? (what will you achieve together as a team)
How often should I do these meetings?
These meetings usually take place between Friday evenings to Monday. Usually after a team training or connect. Since
the weekly pay-cycle ends on Friday, you want to do your meetings on a day where you can discuss the weekly progress
and set the new goals for the following week. Ideally, Saturday or Sunday would be best, but Friday evening or Mondays
are fine too. They should be held once a week.
