REPORTS Accommodation and Service Counts
71
KEY BENEFITS
• Consistent assignment of
accommodations district-wide
• Reduction of errors
• Quick access to information
• Professional, quality documents
72
24
KEY BENEFITS
• Cost effective
• Timely generation of memos
• Ease in acquiring and sharing
information among Access staff
• Can track student’s use of services
(historical data)
73
WHAT WE LEARNED
• Garbage in, garbage out
• Coordinate your forms with the Banner
forms
• Can’t be territorial if multi-campus
• Keep it simple
• An imperfect system can be tweaked
• Cannot delete items that have been used
• Need one person to add items
74
NEXT STEPS
• Believe it can be done!
• Identify your goals
• Identify the data
• Identify someone in IS that will be open
to meeting with you.
