Ingredients
1 egg
Large glass of water
Utensils
Microwave safe bowl
Glass
Spoon
Plate
Note: a drop of vinegar added to the water can help the egg stay together.
Poached Egg
Method

Please wash hands.
Place about 1 glass of water in microwave safe bowl.
Crack the egg in to the water. Place the plate on top of the bowl.

Microwave for approximately 1 minute or until the egg is set.
Times will vary depending on your microwave.

When cooked, remove egg from water with the spoon.
Serve on bread or toast. Also very nice on noodles, rice or salad.
