1. Carol Peters Travel reserve the right to cancel any trip due to lack of demand up to twenty-four hours
(24) prior to travel.
2. Carol Peters Travel may find it necessary to amend pick-up times, itineraries or prices published in this brochure.
3. Carol Peters Travel cannot be held responsible for any changes in the personnel, performance or seating
arrangements of any theatre production.
4. Cancellation:
(a) If a cancellation is made by Carol Peters Travel a full refund of all monies paid by the customer will be
offered. However, Carol Peters Travel does not accept any responsibility for loss, damage, delay or inconvenience
caused to passengers when travelling on or booked on its excursions. All arrangements for meals, refreshments,
accommodation or entertainment or other means of travel such as ferry or train by Eurotunnel are made by
Carol Peters Travel as agents for or on behalf of the passengers on the condition that Carol Peters Travel shall
not be responsible for any loss, damage, delay or inconvenience caused to passengers as a result of such
arrangements.
(b) If a cancellation is made by customers of seven days or less prior to the date of travel no refund can be offered;
(c) If a cancellation is made by customers of more than seven days prior to the date of travel a credit note will
be issued less an administration fee and any admission or tickets prices involved;
(d) Credit notes issued will be valid for three six months only
5 Carol Peters Travel gives its advice on journey time in good faith. However, as a result of breakdown or traffic
congestion, or other events beyond the reasonable control of Carol Peters Travel, journeys may take longer than
predicted and in those circumstances Carol Peters Travel will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience suffered
by the passenger as a result. Carol Peters Travel will operate in all weather conditions. In the event of serious
weather conditions, for example heavy snowfall, no refunds can be given for cancellations. However, in these
circumstances, each claim will be assessed on an individual basis.

8 Carol Peters Travel may find it necessary to change vehicles for operational purposes.
9 Carol Peters Travel may find it necessary to implement a fuel surcharge per person on prices printed in this
brochure.
10 Carol Peters Travel would emphasis that each passenger is responsible for ensuring they are at the correct
departure point at the correct time and we cannot be liable for any loss or expense suffered by passengers
because of their late arrival.
11 During all travel in the UK the Public Service Vehicle regulations apply. When traveling outside the UK all
regulations for any Country shall apply.
12 It is the responsibility of passengers to ensure they have all relevant documentation including valid full passport
when appropriate.
13 Weight restrictions on coaches limit passengers to two (2) cases of beer and six (6) bottles of wine/spirit. Larger
quantities (within the legal limits laid down by Customs and Excise) or other large items must be checked with
the driver before purchase. Any passenger who fails to comply can be refused carriage back to the UK.
14 Carol Peters cannot be held responsible for the repatriation of any passenger due to lateness at any pick-up
point, being retained by Customs and Excise or Immigration at any port.
15 Motorised wheelchairs: Prior arrangements must be agreed with the office due to capacity of each individual
trip. Owners are responsible for the loading and unloading of these vehicles at all times (not the driver) and
Carol Peters Travel will not be held responsible for any damage caused to these vehicles.
16 Carol Peters Travel reserves the right to refuse anyone deemed to be a nuisance or danger to its employees or
passengers and may ask the Police to assist in requiring a person to alight and may even prosecute such
offenders. No compensation or refund will be made to such offender.
